T-Mulz® 1396 is the phosphate ester of a tridecyl alcohol ethoxylate. It is supplied as a 45% aqueous product, which is a free acid. This product is a solubilizer, acidifier, and emulsifier that is compatible with both anionic and nonionic surfactants.
