Fluoro-Plastics Skived PTFE - VS3/32X12A

Skived PTFE - VS3/32X12A is ideal as a slide surface, for chute liners, other kinds of liners, or for cutting or stamping into gaskets (asbestos substitute) and diaphragms, including complex stamped gasket configurations. It comes in sheets from 60 inches by 60 inches square to rolls 60 inches wide. Material may be ordered in long lengths as individual sheets. The material can be wound on a three-inch cardboard or PVC core. The material may be ordered etched for bonding on one or both sides for an additional charge (both Sodium Ammonia and Sodium Naphthalene etching are offered).

Tolerance: Skived sheets can be made in any thickness from 15 mils up to .250 inches. Fluoro-Plastics technology makes it possible to make in-between sizes. Thickness tolerances range from .0005 for sizes from .002" thick to .005" thick up to .003" tolerance for material that is over .060" thick.
