TEGOTEX® DE 5025 is an aqueous emulsion of polycarbodiimide. It serves as a universal durability enhancer for fiber treatments. This product can enhance both dirt and water repellency durability on various synthetic fibers, including microfiber, as well as some blends with cellulose.

Dynasylan® MTMS is an alkyltrialkoxysilane, holds a pivotal role in sol-gel systems. It appears as a colorless, low-viscosity liquid. Notably trifunctional, all three alkoxy groups possess hydrolytic capability, while the methyl group introduces organic character. Hydrolysis instigates the formation of silanol groups, which subsequently engage in condensation reactions to establish robust siloxane bonds (-Si-O-Si-). This condensation process coincides with hydrolysis after a threshold of silanol groups emerges. Hydrolysis and condensation rates depend on pH, concentration, solvent, temperature, and the catalyst.

SPHERILEX® 60 AB is a fine particle size specialty precipitated silica, which has attractive properties for antiblocking application of polymer films. As shown in antiblocking testing, its spherical particle morphology and uniform particle size distribution provides optimal clarity and antiblocking efficiency in plastic films. High masterbatch loadings are possible due to its easy incorporation and dispersion during thermoplastic compounding process.

TEGOTEX® RT 2033 is a durable repellent treatment free from fluorocarbons or flammable liquids. It is based on a polyamide-modified siloxane dispersion and can be applied to various fabric types, including polyamide, polyester, cotton, and blends. It enhances soil and water repellency on both cotton and synthetic fibers.

TEGOTEX® CS 8081 is a new quaternary silicone designed for hydrophilic textile treatment. Recommended as a substantive, high-performance softening agent with excellent rewetting properties for textile applications, TEGOTEX® CS 8081 provides exceptional softness for non-wovens and fabrics made of natural or synthetic fibers. It is also suggested as a component for various preparations.

TEGOTEX® MS 7510 is a polyether siloxane additive meticulously formulated to enhance the performance of fibers and fabrics. Leveraging its hydrophilic properties, this additive significantly improves lubricity and sewability, rendering it an excellent choice for applications in technical fabric manufacturing and various textile processes. Supplied in liquid form and conveniently available in drums, TEGOTEX® MS 7510 serves multiple purposes, acting as a fiber lubricant, a lubricating agent, and a highly effective wetting agent. Notably, this product complies with BfR recommendations XV, XIV, and XXVI, firmly establishing its place within the polyether siloxanes chemical family. TEGOTEX® CS 8080 is a quaternary silicone for hydrophilic textile finishing. Like TEGOTEX® CS 8081, it is recommended as a substantive, high-performance softening agent with good rewetting properties for textile applications. TEGOTEX® CS 8080 provides excellent softness for non-wovens and fabrics made of natural or synthetic fibers and is also suitable for diverse preparations.

TEGOTEX® CS 0510 is a versatile polyether siloxane additive applicable to non-wovens, woven and knitted textile goods, cellulosic fibers, threads, and yarns. It is utilized for tasks such as handle finishing for textiles, softening of cellulosic articles, preparation of acrylic tow for stretch breaking, and as a softener in the dye bath during the dyeing process, particularly for hydrophilic fibers.

TEGOTEX® CS 0182 is a cationic softener composed of amidoamine ethoxyquat and based on a combination of vegetable and synthetic raw materials. Its advantages include providing yarn or fabric with a fluffy and bulky hand feeling, strong substantivity with easy adsorption in fabrics, antistatic properties, medium rewetting capabilities, low yellowing, cold-water dispersibility, and compatibility with nonionic, cationic, and amphiprotic surfactants while being incompatible with anionic surfactants.

TEGOTEX® CS 0590 is a di-(tallow carboxyethyl) hydroxyethyl methylammonium methosulfate product known for its strong antistatic effect and high substantivity. It imparts a soft, smooth handle to treated goods, including white textiles. Similar to REWOQUAT® WE 18, it offers a good leveling effect on cationic dyes without compromising dye fastness and enhances sewability.

TEGOTEX® CS 0360 finds applications in nonwovens, woven and knitted textile goods, fibers, threads, and yarns. It serves various purposes, including preparation of man-made fibers, softening in the dye bath during dyeing processes, handling finishing for textiles made of various fibers, use as a rheological additive, and as an O/W emulsifier/stabilizer for clear siloxane softener formulations. Additionally, it serves as an antistatic additive.
