    Use

Organic soybeans are a valuable raw material for the production of oil, which is mainly pressed for food purposes, but also to a lesser extent for the production of cosmetics. It is also used to make soy margarine. The flour made from the soybeans is used as animal feed as well as so-called “textured soy”. It is processed into soy milk and soy milk products, which have long been available in many flavors. Tofu, miso and tempeh are also produced from soy flour. Soya quark and soya ice cream are becoming more and more popular. Soy flour is used for the production of vegan dishes such as soy sausage or meatballs. The flour can also be used as an egg substitute for baking, an ideal solution for chicken egg allergy sufferers and vegans. Soya slices are also an important part of vegetarian and vegan cuisine. They form the basis for Bolognese-style sauces, lasagne fillings, chili sin carne or sliced meat.
