BIOCELULASA W is a food grade enzyme that complies with JECFA/FCC standards.

- Analytical methods used are available to customers.
- The enzyme performs optimally at pH 4.8 and 50ºC, the working range being pH 4 – pH 6 and up to a temperature of 55ºC. The pH of the application bath should be adjusted if necessary with acetic, citric or phosphoric acid to the ideal pH or a maximum of one unit more or less.

Storage & Handling
- Storage
- There is no significant loss of activity after storage for 6 months at 20ºC.
- Store at temperatures below 25ºC and avoid exposure to moisture. At 5ºC the enzyme may be stored for 1 year.
