deconex® FPD 211 is a liquid, mildly alkaline and highly effective ultrasonic cleaner. Due to its composition, the product has a very gentle cleaning power to relieve organic and inorganic contaminants. Thanks to the use of special surfactants, an excellent wetting of the substrate is achieved. In addition, complexing and sequestering agents present in the product effectively prevent re-deposition of discharged contaminants such as paper scrap residues, suspended solids and metal ions. The high buffer capacity gives the product a deconex® FPD 211 is used in the ultrasonic pre- and fine- high bath life. deconex® FPD 211 is NTA-free built.

Dosage
The dosage essentially depends on the degree of contamination, the cleaning temperature, the ultrasonic performance as well as the immersion time, resp. of the transport speed through the ultrasonic module (in-line cleaning system). The following dosing example has proven itself in practice:
