deconex® CIP alpha-x is an Alkaline special cleaner for efficient and robust cleaning processes in the pharmaceutical industry. It is is suitable for the residue free and validated cleaning in the GMP-regulated environment of the production of pharmaceuticals. deconex CIP alpha-x is suitable for automatic and semiautomatic cleaning using CIP and COP procedures or by flooding production facilities. It effectively removes residues in reactors (stainless steel, chemical enamel and glass), fermenters, tanks and pipelines as well as in production equipment such as mixers, centrifuges and granulators.

Dosage recommendation

The dosage depends on the type and amount of contamination, the cleaning equipment used and the cleaning process as well as the water hardness. deconex CIP alpha-x is most commonly used in a concentration of 0.5-2.0% (V/V).

Neutralization

To neutralize alkaline residues that have been removed, an acid rinse should take place after each cleaning. As a neutralizer to deconex CIP alpha-x we recommend deconex CIP acid.

Phosphate-free process: The neutralization with deconex CIP fresh leads to a completely phosphate-free process.

Instructions for Use

The increase in temperature generally leads to a reduction in the cleaning time. Due to the omission of surfactants, an excellent playability is achieved. In addition, no foam is formed when circulating the cleaning solution.
