deconex CIP alpha-x shows an extremely broad effect against organic and inorganic residues from syntheses and also removes dried and burnt-in impurities, oils, fats, ointments and cream residues as well as residues from cell cultures.

Dosage recommendation
The dosage depends on the type and amount of contamination, the cleaning equipment used and the cleaning process as well as the water hardness. deconex CIP alpha-x is most commonly used in a concentration of 0.5-2.0% (V/V).

To neutralize alkaline residues that have been removed, an acid rinse should take place after each cleaning. As a neutralizer to deconex CIP alpha-x we recommend deconex CIP acid.
Phosphate-free process: The neutralization with deconex CIP fresh leads to a completely phosphate-free process.
- Instructions for Use
The increase in temperature generally leads to a reduction in the cleaning time. Due to the omission of surfactants, an excellent playability is achieved. In addition, no foam is formed when circulating the cleaning solution.
