- 0.1 - 0.3%
- Processing Information
- SCHWEGO foam 6325 can be used as supplied or emulsified with 3-4 times the quantity of water. Depending on system it may be advantageous to add 2/3 of the defoamer quantity during the dispersion of the pigment and 1/3 to the emulsion, provided it is homogeneously distributed. The optimum dosage of SCHWEGO foam 6325 is 0.1 - 0.3 %, calculated on total system. The dosage may be increased up to 1.0 %. SCHWEGO foam 6325 is incorporated to the mill base. Thus, a good distribution is ensured and good defoaming is achieved when applied.
