VINNAPAS® CA 5824 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a medium/firm hand is required. VINNAPAS® CA 5824 combines high solids content with a low viscosity—a combination that permits the addition of very high filler loadings, such as calcium carbonate, aluminum trihydrate (ATH), or other fillers. This results in adhesive formulations with high solid contents of 80 percent or even greater.

VINNAPAS® CA 5320 is a versatile polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It has excellent compatibility with pigments and fillers and delivers strong binding strength, a soft hand, and excellent processability. VINNAPAS® CA 5320 does not contain APEO surfactants and is produced without using formaldehyde donors, plasticizers or organic solvents.

VINNAPAS® CA 5310 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a softer hand is required. The dispersion has a moderately high solid content that also permits the addition of moderate filler loadings. VINNAPAS® CA 5310 is not produced with any added organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors.

VINNAPAS® eco EN 428 is a self-crosslinking, plasticizer-free, aqueous polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It offers a unique balance of softness, high wet strength, and broad formulation flexibility. The film formed by VINNAPAS® eco EN 428 has a soft texture, making it ideal as a binder for personal hygiene nonwovens. It also serves as a coating and finishing agent for woven and knitted goods, enhancing their performance and appearance.

VINNAPAS® CA 5677 offers high dry strength, excellent absorbent properties, and a medium-firm hand. It can be used for needle-felted carpets and in the precoat coatings applied in the production of tufted carpet backings.

This product is a moderately soft binder that provides excellent adhesion to various fiber substrates, making it suitable for a wide range of nonwoven applications. Additionally, it has the ability to be crosslinked for enhanced performance.

Texicryl® 13-220 is a self crosslinking acrylic copolymer emulsion. Characterized by a very soft flexible film giving after curing, a good resistance to washing on printed textiles. Its adhesion is excellent on the majority of substrates and it’s flexibility remains good at low temperature.
