Dragonox® 323 is an antioxidant with applications in rosin resins, such as penta rosin ester and glycerol rosin ester. Adding 0.2 ~ 0.3% of this product can greatly improve the color of rosin ester by 2 ~ 3 in Gardner measure, and 0.2% of this product will effectively improve the anti-crystallized character of rosin. It also functions as an effective catalyst in disproportionation and can be used as a substitute for platinum and palladium.

DABCO® NE 310 is an emission-optimized amine that facilitates the urea (water-isocyanate) reaction within the polyurethane matrix, thereby contributing to low emissions. KOSMOS® 75 is a solution of potassium octoate in diethylene glycol. It promotes the isocyanurate reaction and is extensively used in a diverse range of rigid foam applications. KOSMOS® MB 16 is a catalyst composed of bismuth carboxylate. It finds applications in the production of 2K polyurethane elastomers, sealants, coatings, or adhesives. Compared to DABCO® MB 20, KOSMOS® MB 16 exhibits reduced sensitivity to residual moisture, resulting in shorter gel times and tack-free times. Additionally, it offers improved curing times and has a lower viscosity compared to standard bismuth grades.

POLYCAT® SA 102 is a heat-activated catalyst that offers excellent front-end delay, activated at a thermo-activation temperature of approximately 60 °C (140°F). This catalyst is specifically recommended for artificial turf applications. It belongs to the category of blocked amine catalysts, which are known for their ability to provide delayed reaction profiles.

POLYCAT® 41 is a tertiary amine catalyst employed in a wide variety of polyurethane foam and non-foam applications. It is a gel catalyst with added mild PIR selectivity, making it suitable for a wide variety of rigid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foam and non-foam applications. It is recommended as a co-catalyst in combination with other polyurethane and polyisocyanurate catalysts, particularly in formulations with an isocyanate index greater than 105–110.

DABCO® T 120 is a potent catalyst used for urethane reactions (gelling), offering excellent hydrolytic stability on the resin side. DABCO® DC 1 is designed to delay the initiation of the reaction while ensuring a robust curing process by enhancing the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction in various flexible molded polyurethane foams, making it particularly suitable for NVH applications. It is a suitable option for applications that demand lower or no emissions from amines.

POLYCAT® 557 is a catalyst that belongs to the category of standard TEDA (triethylenediamine) and DBU (1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene)-based catalysts. It is specifically designed to deliver high-performance foam reactions, catering to the requirements of applications like spray foam. Additionally, it is utilized in 2K PU (polyurethane) leather applications.

DABCO® T 131 is a strong catalyst for the urethane reaction (gelling), providing delayed-action catalysis. It is a high-activity organotin gelation catalyst used in polyurethane foam and elastomer formulations. The product was developed to delay the gelation of the urethane reaction, resulting in an extended time period compared to most tin catalyst systems. This delay in cream time allows for increased foam rise, mold fill, or material travel time, depending on the processing method used.

DABCO® DC 2 is designed to delay the initiation of the reaction while ensuring a robust curing process by enhancing the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction in flexible molded polyurethane foam and CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers) applications. Notably, DABCO® DC 2 exhibits stronger catalytic activity compared to DABCO® DC 1.

DABCO® Crystalline is a high-purity triethylenediamine (TEDA), serving as a powerful catalyst for urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reactions. It finds application in a variety of polyurethane applications. DABCO® Crystalline is used in all types of polyurethane foams, including flexible slabstock, flexible molded, rigid, semi-flexible, and elastomeric. Additionally, it is utilized in polyurethane coating applications. The main function of DABCO® Crystalline is to accelerate the reactions between isocyanate and water, as well as between isocyanate and organic hydroxyl groups.

POLYCAT® SA 1 is a heat-activated, delayed-action polyurethane catalyst that is based on a strong cyclic amine called 1,5-diaza-bicyclo (5.4.0) undec-5-ene. It consists of POLYCAT® DBU and an organic acid "blocker." At room temperature, POLYCAT® SA 1 has low activity, but when heat is applied, its activity increases and becomes comparable to that of metallic salts. When POLYCAT® SA 1 is added to conventional amine catalyst systems, it acts as a delayed-action catalyst. It has a minimal impact on the initial reaction and does not significantly affect the flowability of the foaming mass. Its primary effect is on the final curing properties of the foam, allowing for accelerated curing and improved demould time. This material is a light brown liquid with low volatility and a slight amine-like odor. It is miscible with water and soluble in most organic solvents.

DABCO® 33 LV is the industry standard tertiary amine catalyst used to promote the gel (polyol-isocyanate) reaction in the production of flexible and rigid foam, as well as CASE applications. It provides strong gel catalysis with high efficiency and serves as a versatile amine catalyst for various foam types.

ACETAMINO TEMPO is a versatile radical source with a wide range of applications. It serves as a robust catalyst in oxidation reactions, suitable for both chemical and electrochemical pathways. Additionally, it is preferred by producers of specialty vinyl monomers as an antipolymerant. ACETAMINO TEMPO plays a crucial role in the production of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and specialty monomers.

DABCO® DMDEE is an amine blow catalyst specifically designed for single and/or multicomponent polyurethane systems. It is a low-activity catalyst that demonstrates high blow selectivity. This catalyst allows for excellent shelf life in OCF applications and offers good system stability when used with HFO blow agents.

POLYCAT® DBU is a powerful gel catalyst that offers excellent curing properties at high temperatures, specifically for artificial turf applications. It is a tertiary amine known as diazobicycloundecene (DBU), which greatly enhances the urethane reaction (polyol-isocyanate) in various applications such as semi-flexible microcellular foam, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers.

KOSMOS® 16 is a strong gel catalyst for polyether-based systems, utilizing a combination of tin and bismuth. It facilitates a robust gelling reaction. It is sensitive to moisture and requires the correct handling during storage and production to maintain high performance.

KOSMOS® T 100 is a dimethyl tin-based catalyst used in the production of polyurethane foams, coatings, sealants, elastomers, RIM, and spray applications. It is a liquid organic tin compound known for its exceptional catalytic activity. KOSMOS® T 100 exhibits high selectivity towards the urethane reaction, resulting in shorter gel times and tack-free times.

POLYCAT® 8 is a tertiary amine catalyst used in a wide range of rigid polyurethane foam applications. It serves as a standard catalyst for a broad range of rigid foams, including continuous and discontinuous applications such as rigid slabstock, board laminate, and refrigeration formulations. POLYCAT® 8 can be batched with polyols or metered separately. Due to their low water solubility, pre-blends containing high water levels must be checked for phase stability.
