It is produced by supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide with addition of a small amount of alcohol as entrainer, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals and no reproducible microorganisms. The CO2-extract is standardized with pure sunflower oil (organic).Ideal for application in stabilization of fatty oils, carotenoids, essential oils against oxidation. Other uses include the food industry (dressings, sausages, snacks, etc.) clean label declaration as spice extract, anti-aging, antiinflammatory component in cosmetic and pharmaceutical preparations.

Rosemary Antioxidant Extract, Water Dispersible 14% Diterpene Phenols is a dark brown viscous liquid at room temperature. This product is produced by supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide and a small amount of alcohol as entrainer, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals and no reproducible microorganisms. The CO2 - extract is standardized on diterpene phenols with sunflower oil. It is water dispersible by formulation with emulsifiers. Ideal for application in stabilization of water-based products for prevention of oxidative degradation, in the food industry (dressings, sausages, snacks, etc.) and in cosmetic products and pharmaceuticals.
