SILCO® GA 5053 is an aqueous emulsion of polysiloxane. This high-performance slip additive is used as a leveling and surface additive in water-based formulations. It is particularly recommended as a slip additive for use in printing inks and clear formulations such as overprint varnishes.

PEL-SIL™ CL290 is a organo-modified silicone-based additive consisting of a siloxane backbone and polyethylene-oxide (EO) and polypropylene oxide (PO) side chains. PEL-SIL™ CE 390 has recoatability and low tendency to foam. It is good compatibility with many resin systems. PEL-SIL™ CL290 is an excellent silicone-based additive for improving slip and mar resistance and reducing friction coefficient for solvent-borne, water-borne, and UV/EB cured coating systems. It can be used for coatings in industrial and auto, wood, and overprint vanishes and inks.

ADDITOL® VXW 6396 is a multifaceted solution that excels as a flow promoter, leveling agent, and flow modifier in a variety of applications. EBECRYL® 350, developed by CASE Ingredients, is a versatile radiation-curable liquid designed for the automotive and transportation, industrial, and paints and coatings markets. With labeling claims including bisphenol A-free, low-carbon footprint (PCF), solvent-free, and VOC-free, it meets stringent environmental standards. This cloudy liquid offers a range of application methods, such as curtain coating, dip coating, gravure coating, roller coating, and slot-die. Compatible with various substrates, including metal, paper, plastics, and wood, EBECRYL® 350 provides a clear and durable finish, making it suitable for automotive OEM coatings, wood finishes, and various specialty coatings.

EDAPLAN LA 452 reduces the surface tension of aqueous systems without increasing the foam formation. Thus substrate wetting, leveling and gloss are improved. EDAPLAN LA 452 is free of silicone and has no adverse effects on recoatability. This additive is compatible with all common resin systems.

ADD-3772 is a silicone-free additive suitable for aqueous and non-aqueous systems. It is designed to reduce the surface tension of various resin systems at substrate interface, which will improve substrate wetting and leveling; and prevent formation of craters without stabilizing foam. ADD-3772 is suitable for coatings and printing inks.

EDAPLAN LA 403 is suitable for all aqueous coating and printing ink systems. The polymer is compatible with all common resin systems.

METOLAT 1299 is a silicone-free wetting and leveling agent for water based systems. It improves surface wetting and enhances leveling of low viscous systems. It provides the following properties: Effective in hard or soft water up to 100°C; Effective over a wide pH range

ADD-3777 is a silicone-free additive having high molecular weight and very broad compatibility. It is designed to reduce the surface tension of various resin systems at substrate interface, which will improve substrate wetting and leveling and prevent formation of craters without stabilizing foam. The additive provides “long wave” leveling performance and increases gloss of the coating system and does not cause any inter-coat adhesion problems. It is highly effective in the transportation coatings when combined with the silicone-based additive ADD-3031. ADD-3777 is suitable for coatings and printing inks.

EDAPLAN LA 451 reduces the surface tension of aqueous systems without increasing the foam formation. Thus substrate wetting, leveling and gloss are improved. EDAPLAN LA 451 is free of silicone and has no adverse effects on recoatability. This additive is compatible with all common resin systems.

EDAPLAN LA 410 is suitable for all non-aqueous coating and printing ink systems. It improves surface properties and can be used in curtain coatings. EDAPLAN LA 410 is recommended for improved scratch resistance and slip of metallic effect lacquers and varnishes. It prevents surface defects like craters and orange peel. EDAPLAN LA 410 provides defoaming and degassing. It does not influence recoatability of the paint film if used at recommended treat levels.
