Novinox®PAZ is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications, from DIY to more demanding ones such as coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PAZ is suitable with a wide range of resins, both solvent and water based. Novinox®PAZ is also an excellent alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings.

Hybricor™ 204 - Hybrid Corrosion Inhibitor Pigment is an organic/inorganic hybrid corrosion inhibitor pigment, a proven effective replacement for Cr6+ in aerospace primer applications on aluminum and other non-ferrous substrates. The fine particle size of Hybricor™ 204 (7 Hegman) permits it to be easily incorporated into a coating using a high speed disperser. It is effective in primers, DTM and thin film (< 20 micron) applications. It does not affect pot life of 2K systems. Use level varies by intended application requirements.

raybo 85 Rustib is a cationic wetting agent. Because of its polarity, it is attracted to the metal surface forming a mono-molecular hydrophobic layer. This affinity increases adhesion and resistance to corrosion undercutting in coatings containing RAYBO 85. When added to coatings pigmented with transition metals containing pigments like phthalocyanine blue, insure that the surfactant demand has been met. If it has not, RAYBO 85 will be absorbed onto the pigment, reducing corrosion protection.

Waynflash™ 115 is a liquid flash rust inhibitor that is based on WPC’s nitrite free chemistry. It is a highly effective inhibitor against flash rusting on ferrous substrates (such as galvanized steel) during the aqueous paint phase. Typical use levels range from 0.25 – 1.0% based upon total formula weight. It can be used in any water based primer or DTM system. Waynflash™ 115 exhibits good paint stability and can be incorporated at any stage of paint manufacturing. It is both HAPS and APEO free.
