It is a hydrophobic agent that enhances the water resistance of dry films. For substrates made of galvanized steel, this product functions as an anti flash-rust additive. It is used as a corrosion inhibitor to protect metal packaging.

ASCONIUM® 130 is a liquid additive that improves the anti-corrosion and hydrophobic properties of both waterborne and solventborne metal coatings and enhances their adhesion to metal substrates. This product can be used alone or in combination with other anti-corrosion agents.

ASCOTRAN® H18 is a ready-to-use, liquid-form, flash rust inhibitor for waterborne coatings. It serves as a corrosion inhibitor for metal packaging protection, providing effective protection against flash rusting. This product can be used for waterborne neutral or alkaline paints or coatings and for industrial, professional, and do-it-yourself applications.

NANOMYTE® TC-5001 is a single component formulation designed to protect zinc plated and galvanized steel from corrosion and degradation. The product is a hard, dense nanocomposite coating that provides barrier protection for the alloy surface. The coating resists scratching and chipping, and strongly adheres to the substrate. The formulation is designed to meet customers’ requirements for film thickness and curing conditions.

AquaGrip® 2600 is used as an intermediate or topcoat over zinc rich primers for highly corrosive environments. Where exterior color fastness is required AquaGrip 2600 may be top-coated with polyurethane or acrylic finishes. Used on structural steel, steel tanks, offshore platforms, barges, refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, railcars, pulp & paper mills, masonry surfaces and other areas as recommended. AquaGrip 2600 may be used as a surface tolerant single coat system in mild duty applications. Acceptable for drywall substrates.

Delta® AntiCor DTS 2K - SG 40 is a type 2K polyurethane paint based on acrylic / containing solvents.

Delta® AntiCor 1K Protop - SG 55 is a silk-glossy, one-component primer and top coat for iron, steel, aluminum, galvanized steel (zinc coatings), old alkyd resin coatings, etc., after appropriate pre-treatment, priming, or pre-painting. Used in indoors and outdoors.

Poly-Chemcure PC-2.8 is a high-performing, very fast recoat, sandable, two component, VOC conforming (2.8lbs./gal./low HAPS) Amine Cured Epoxy that will cure at temperatures down to 20°F. PC-2.8 Epoxy Primer is specially modified with a proprietary blend of selective resins, wetting agents and penetrants to provide excellent adhesion and protection to properly prepared carbon steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum surfaces. Depending on the temperature, the fast setting PC-2.8 can be recoated in 90 – 105 minutes. PC-2.8 High Production Epoxy Primer is used as a regular and high build primer under a wide variety of Epoxy and Polyurethane topcoats.

TriBond W™ is a water-based, two-part epoxy primer that dries quickly. This primer can be quickly overcoated to meet the demands of high-speed production. TriBond W™ adheres extremely well to iron phosphate and blasted surfaces that have been properly prepared. TriBond W™ adheres well to most non-ferrous metal surfaces and can be applied over zinc galvanizing, inorganic zinc, and most other non-ferrous metal surfaces. Corrosion, water resistance, adhesion, and overall durability are all excellent.

Delta® AntiCor DTS 2K - HG 80 is a high gloss, 2-component PUR primer and top coat with excellent adhesion properties on steel, aluminum, galvanized steel (zinc coating), powder coated substrates and many plastics (rigid PVC, ABS, polyester, etc.). Used in indoors and outdoors.
