SABIC's Specialties Business EXTEM™ Resin XH1015UCL is an unreinforced amorphous thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 267°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties at high temperatures. The material also has good near-IR transparency and a high refractive index, making it an excellent candidate for SMT applications that require injection moldable optical lenses and connectors. The material is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B standards. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C and improved flow. Its features include excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings as well as aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. MC511AF is a high strength, medium weave glass epoxy laminate that retains a minimum of 50 percent of its room temperature flexural strength when tested at 150ºC. Typical applications include insulation in power generation equipment and other structural applications when used in elevated temperatures. MC511AF is certifiable to MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB.

MC511A is a high strength, glass epoxy laminate that is specially formulated to meet power generation producer’s exacting standards where higher strength at elevated temperatures are required. MC511A is certifiable to MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB, IEC-60893-3-2 EP GC 203 and is halogen free to meet the European restrictions.

In addition, I-Tera MT40 offers a lower dissipation factor (Df) of 0.0031 making it a cost effective alternative to PTFE and other commercial microwave and high-speed digital laminate materials. I-Tera MT40 laminate materials are currently being offered in both laminate and prepreg form in typical thicknesses and standard panel sizes. This provides a complete materials solution package for high-speed digital multilayer, hybrid, RF/microwave, multilayer and double-sided printed circuit designs. 55NT is an epoxy laminate and prepreg system, reinforced with a non-woven aramid substrate. This system combines compatibility with lead-free processing, using a hightemperature epoxy resin, with the low in-plane (x,y) expansion and outstanding dimensional stability of non-woven aramid reinforcement.

G200 has Blending Bismaleimide/Triazine (BT) and epoxy resin which provides G200 with enhanced thermal, mechanical and electrical performance over most epoxy materials. G200 possesses performance characteristics that make it an excellent selection for large panel size, high layer count Printed Wiring Boards (PWB).
