Dissolvine M-X is a high purity, versatile and readily biodegradable chelate. It can replace phosophorous-containing builders, enhance the cleaning power of a detergent, and prevent deactivation of surfactants in hard water. Together with the central nitrogen atom these carboxylic groups provide strong multiple bonds with di- and trivalent metal ions.
