ALBIDUR® EP 5340 A is a concentrated dispersion, containing 40% high-performance elastomer within a cycloaliphatic epoxy resin (EEC). This product plays a vital role as a toughness modifier, particularly suited for rigid and brittle epoxy resin systems. The elastomeric component consists of a specialized silicone rubber, intricately distributed within the liquid resin as an extremely finely dispersed second phase.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2310 is an improved flow 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers and offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings and FAR25.853 performance. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. The material is opaque and can be custom colored.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business EXTEM™ Resin RH1016UCL is an unreinforced amorphous thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 279°C. It has excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material has good near-IR transparency and a high refractive index, making it an excellent candidate for surface-mount technology (SMT) at the JEDEC standard temperature of 260°C, requiring injection-molded optical lenses and connectors. The material is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B.

Typical applications include bearings and sliding elements, as well as functional components.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9904-1 is a Polyphenylene Sulfide base polymer with an 80% special filler/additive system that is used in the automotive, machinery, electrical, and electronic market segments. It has increased thermal conductivity, electrostatically dissipating, high density, and magnetisable properties, and is used for electrical components such as coil formers/bobbins. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be 320-340°C and the mold temperature should be greater than 140°C.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9105-1 is a Polyphenylene Sulfide base polymer with 30% glass fiber filler/additive system. It is designed for automotive and machinery applications and is known for its high toughness and stiffness. During processing with injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 320-340°C, and the mold temperature should be greater than 140°C.

Wynca XHG-6330 is a two-component, low viscosity liquid silicone rubber designed for electric and electronic potting. It is flame retardant and provides good dielectric property and excellent resistance to temperature extremes.
