LINXIDAN® LX4510

LINXIDAN® LX4510 is a polyolefin plastomer with a silane copolymer functionality, designed to improve compatibility and mechanical properties of polymer compounds. Contrarily to conventionally maleated polyolefin coupling agents, LINXIDAN® LX4510 does not interfere with metal stearates used as lubricants in Wood Plastics Composites (WPC), providing increased tensile strength, impact strength and flexural modulus, and reduced moisture absorption.

ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 contains amide, which has reactive sites available for hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as a coupling agent between polymer and filler. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent in wood filled systems, leading to a more homogeneous blend. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 works as an excellent lubricant under high shear conditions, for example injection molding.

ULTRA-PLAST™ TP01 contains reactive sites which create hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as coupling agent between polymer and filler. It acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent in highly filled plastics compounds, leading to a more homogeneous initial mix. At processing conditions, ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO1 is an effective lubricant for polyolefins like PVC, PS, ABS and several TPO systems. Applications recommended for ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO1 include highly filled TPE and TPO compounds, filled olefins, flame retarded systems and color concentrates. In addition, it can be used in unfilled elastomers where reduced viscosity and improved flow under processing conditions are desired. In many cases, better surface appearance and more uniform mold shrinkage can be observed.

Acti-Tech™ Compatibilizer 16MA13are based on Vistamaxx™ performance polymers grafted with maleic anhydride through a highly efficient melt-grafting process.Acti-Tech compatibilizer 16MA13 is the softest grade among the Acti-Tech compatibilizers range. With its high elasticity and very high flexibility, it is designed to enhance performance of a wide variety of polymer compounds and is particularly recommended for the following applications such as impact modifier of engineering thermoplastics, performance booster for recycled feeds, coupling agent for mineral HFFR fillers. This material can be used in combination with Vistamaxx performance polymer to bring the required balance of properties to PP/PET or PE/PET recycled feeds.

Acti-Tech compatibilizer 09MA13 is a highly versatile grade with average MFR among the Acti-Tech compatibilizers range. It is designed to enhance performance of a wide variety of polymer compounds and is particularly recommended for the following applications such as compounding formulation, adhesion promoter on metal or other polar substrates, soft compatibilizer for polar/unpolar polymers alloys, impact modifier of stiff polar engineering plastics, coupling agent for WPC, natural fiber or mineral HFFR fillers. Due to the chemical nature of its polymer backbone, Acti-Tech compatibilizer 09MA13 is compatible with most polyolefins, i.e. PE, PP, EVA, EBA or POE.
