910 Assembled Roving for thermoplastic is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with multiple resin systems such as PP, AS/ABS, especially reinforcing PA for good hydrolysis resistant. 910 is typically designed for twin-screw extrusion process to manufacture thermoplastic granules. Key applications include railway track fastening pieces, automotive parts, electrical & electronic applications.

512 Assembled Roving is specifically designed for powder and emulsion chopped strand mat applications in unsaturated polyester resin. It offers good choppability and dispersion. It can be used in soft chopped strand mats. 512’s main end-use applications are boat hulls and sanitary apparatus.

276 Assembled Roving is is based on E6 glass formulation, coated with a silane-based sizing. 276 is compatible with unsaturated polyester, yinyl ester, and epoxy resins. It is designed or filament winding and pultrusion applications. 276 is suitable for use in tent pole, outdoor travel goods, pressure vessels, pipes, craft and chemical storage tanks.

Fitebac® G50 is an antimicrobial dental glass or silica for composites and resin systems on AEROSIL OX 50 (Silica). G50 is used in 3D printing resins and MMA.

Filled between 5 and 50%, these thermoplastic compounds demonstrate very good mechanical, UV-resistant and color-controller properties – and are a very good value in terms of quality/price.
