This product will extend Tio₂ up to 5% without loss of opacity.

Gaia® Antimicrobial AB 505 is an organic concentrate that helps to control or retard the growth of bacteria, fungus, and algae in plastic molded parts. Gaia® Antimicrobial AB 505 is a powerful additive concentrate produced in an LLDPE carrier resin for ease of dispersion. This product has been used in film, injection molding, and extrusion applications to control growth of bacteria, yeast, mold, and algae. In independent testing, Gaia® Antimicrobial AB 505 has been shown to inhibit ecoli and staphylococcus. A loading of 1.5% - 3% will protect plastic articles for an estimated 1 – 2 years. Recommended temperature range should not reach above 428°F.
