ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 is a processing additive for most rubber compounds. It shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for most fillers used in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBET 200 leads to faster mold filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. Due to its low dosage level there is little or no effect on physical properties of the finished goods.

In extrusion and blow molding applications, Cel-Span® Process Aid 610L enhances flow and reduces processing temperature of polyolefin resins as much as 30 to 50 degrees. ULTRA-PEP™ 90 works as a mild mastication agent in the early stage of NR compounding and subsequently aids filler dispersion and down line processing, like extrusion and mold flow. Since the mastication effect is slower than with common peptizing agents, fewer break downs of polymer chains can be observed, resulting in better physical and dynamic properties. ULTRA-PEP™ 90 can be added in the masterbatch compound with other compounding ingredients and therefore a pre-mastication step is not needed. As such, additional cost saving could be achieved.

Cel-Span® Process Aid 305 contains a powerful water-seeking additive that chemically combines and eliminates lensing and porosity in blown and cast extrusion, injection, compounding, and pipe applications caused by surface moisture or incorporated into the resin during processing. CelSpan® Process Aid 305 contains a very effective additive that chemically traps water to eliminate moisture. This product can be used to eliminate moisture in high temperature engineering resins such as nylon and is utilized by metering in at 2% - 5% depending on the level of moisture.

In addition, this product maintains the IV (Intinsic Viscosity) of Polyester and PET resins coupled with excellent UV stability. Cel-Span® Process Aid 705 also provides protection to caustic environment and bleach resistance to Polyester and PET resins with both bottle and fiber grade products.
