The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin PW2210 is an imporved flow 20% glass fiber reinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that is offering a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. The material has global food contact compliance (FDA, CN, EC), potable water certifications: NSF 61, KTW-BWGL, EN16421. REG4, ACS, WRAS re-certifications are in progress. Features are excellent mechanical, and dimension properties up to high temperatures also under wet conditions. The material offers very good hydrolytic and chemical resistance for an amorphous material. The material is RoHS compliant. Certified colors are natural (transparent amber) and black.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2320 is a high-flow, 30% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide resin. This material is RoHS compliant, is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at more than 0.5 mm. This material offers excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance up to high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC's ISCC+-certified renewable bio-based solutions are available for this grade via differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin PW2100 is an amorphous, opaque, 10% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) plastic offering a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217?C. This inherently flame retardant resin is KTW, WRAS, ACS, NSF-61 and W270 certified and is US FDA and European Food Contact approved. ULTEM PW2100 resin offers specific colors designed and certified for use in potable water applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business SILTEM™ Resin STM1500 is a flexible polyetherimide (PEI)-siloxane copolymer for cable and wire coatings. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for use in the electrical and electronics industries, specifically in electrical components and infrastructure, hydrocarbons and energy, nuclear, industrial defense, electronic material handling, industrial material handling, and mass transportation applications, including aircraft interiors and rail. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1000 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties at high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS-compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance needs to be checked case by case for colored variants. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. ISCC+-certified renewable bio-based solutions are available for this grade via differentiated color nomenclature. LNP THERMOCOMP UF008AR compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin, containing 40% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Mold Release.

ULTEM™ Resin DT1810EVUCL has improved ductility, transparent, enhanced flow Polyetherimide blend (Tg 200C) with internal mold release and enhanced ductility.
