Gluadin® W 40 BP is a hydrolyzed wheat protein that adheres to the surface of the hair to protect and improve its condition. It is suitable as a care additive for personal care products, such as mild surfactant preparations, skin and hair care products. It is an amber liquid with a characteristic inherent odor, a dry substance content of 40.0-44.0%, a total nitrogen content of 5.2-6.5%, and an ash content of not more than 1.5%.

Salcare® SC 95 is a versatile conditioning polymer and rheology modifier used in various cosmetic applications. It enhances the performance of skin and hair care products, providing thickening, conditioning, suspending, stabilizing, good spreading, opacifying, and moisturizing effects. It is composed of a cationic homopolymer dispersed in carrier oil.

Lamesoft® TM Benz is a cold-processable opacifier and performance wax that provides conditioning effects for hair and skin. It opacifies surfactant preparations and provides a creamy, rich emulsion-like appearance. This wax dispersion is recommended for opaque body and hair cleansing preparations.

Cremophor® GS 32 is a distearate ester of triglycerol, with good physiological compatibility (PEG-free). It is a nonionic emulsifier that is suitable for emulsions with high concentrations of natural oils and UV filters and is an alternative to EO or sulfate-based emulsifiers. It can be used in face and body creams for dry and greasy skin, as well as in sun protection preparations.

Sulfopon® 1216 G is a sodium coco-sulfate that has convenient handling, good storage stability and flowability, high bulk density, and good detergency. It is suited as a basic surfactant in cosmetic cleansing preparations such as shampoos, shower gels, and bath preparations.

Euperlan® PK 900 BENZ-W is a cold-processable, pumpable pearlescent concentrate that has a typical faint odor. It is well-suited for producing very dense, fine-structured, shiny surfactant preparations. This product has applications in several areas, including skin care, cleansers, mother and baby products, hair care, shampoos and conditioners, bath and body products, face care, and pet care. It is listed under both Pet Care TSCA and Pet Care DSL, with quantity restrictions.

Cetiol® SoftFeel is the newest soft-solid emollient developed by BASF Care Creations®. It is made from 100% renewable ingredients and is 100% naturally derived, according to ISO 16128. The versatile ingredient helps to moisturize and leave a soft feeling on the skin. For hair care applications, Cetiol® SoftFeel helps improve the wet and dry combability. It gently manages the frizz of curly hair without weighing it down and offers nourishment to damaged, coily hair. It can also act as a clean alternative to petroleum-based petrolatum, as the ingredients have very similar sensory and occlusivity properties. Cegesoft® HF 62 is a hydrogenated vegetable oil that can modify the rheological properties of emulsions. This ingredient is primarily composed of hydrogenated vegetable oils and appears as beige pellets with a bland odor. It is a versatile ingredient that can be used in various product categories, including after-sun formulations, baby care and cleansing products, body care, color care, face care, face cleansing, and self-tanning products.

Neutrol® MGDA is a highly stable, eco-friendly complexing agent (also called a chelating agent) for personal care applications. This is BASF’s Care Creations®, which is readily biodegradable and stands out due to its excellent ecological and toxicological profile. Complexing agents are used in cosmetic products to form very stable complexes with metal ions, thereby inactivating their negative influences on the final formulation.

Dehydol® LS 3 Deo N is a laureth-3 polymer that is used as a thickener in cosmetic surfactant preparations due to its viscosity-increasing properties. It is a surface-active agent that is applied in skin care, body care, and hair care formulations.

Plantapon® ACG 50 is a gentle anionic co-surfactant for enhanced body, hair, and oral cleansing applications. It is 100% naturally derived and biodegradable, being made from natural-origin amino acids and vegetable-based fatty acids. Plantapon® ACG 50 is gentle to skin and eyes and has good foaming properties. It is suitable for modern alternative surfactant systems.

Cegesoft® SH is an exotic, waxy emollient with a melting temperature near to skin temperature. It improves the body of skincare formulations, leaving a silky, non-lubricating velvety feeling on skin, and improves wet and dry combability of hair when used in shampoos. It is a waxy solid with a bland odor.

Kolliwax® SA is a white to almost white, wax like-mass supplied as free flowing mirco pearls. On account of its consistency giving characteristics Kolliwax® SA is mainly used for viscosity regulation in pharmaceutical emulsions.

Kollicream® 3C is a clear, mildly yellowish, medium polar oil. It has a slightly fatty odor. Due to its high spreading value the product is suited for the use in pharmaceutical skin care preparations such as low fatting emulsions and skin oils.

Tinovis® GTC UP is a rheology modifier for clear gel systems and an aqueous anionic acrylic copolymer emulsion. It offers good emulsifying properties with thickening features and electrolyte tolerance. With its good sensorial properties, it delivers a soft, silky, and smooth after-feel, and provides a combination of care and an elegant feel in emulsions. It is free of preservatives and can be used in cold processable formulations.

GLUADIN® WQ PP finds application in after-sun, body, color & face care, conditioning, liquid soaps, shampoos, and styling products. It is also used in baby care and cleansing, face cleansing, personal care wipes, and shower/bath formulations.

Cutina® GMS V is a hydrophilic wax that is mainly used for viscosity adjustment in cosmetic oil-in-water emulsions. It is supplied as a white to slightly yellowish powder and provides consistency-giving characteristics to formulations. It has various benefits for skin care, hair care, and scalp care products.

Ciste'M BC10023™ is an extract of rockrose adapted to an arid climate. It protects skin from the aging effects of outdoor sun exposure, air pollutants, and indoor exposure to blue light. BASF Retinol 10 S is an active ingredient that aids in improving skin aging and the appearance of UV-damaged skin. Cutina® HVG is a highly efficient consistency wax that is compatible with non-ionic, cationic, and anionic ingredients and is most commonly found in raw materials. Its excellent crystallization behavior has a positive impact on the stability and viscosity of the final emulsion. This product can be used in body care, face care, sensitive skin care, baby care, and anti-aging applications.

Cutina® PES builds up good viscosity and stability of an o/w emulsion with different emulsifier systems (ionic and non-ionic), while at the same time creating a non-waxy and caring skin feel. It comes in off-white, wax-like pellets with a little intrinsic odor, and the consistency of wax with sensorial properties. This product is ideally used for body care, face care, sensitive skin, and baby care applications.

Hydagen® Cat is a colorless, practically odorless liquid composed of Triethyl citrate, an active ingredient used in personal care products such as deodorants, antiperspirants, and personal care wipes. It has excellent deodorant properties and is supplied as an oily liquid.

Cutina® FS 45 is a mixture of palmitic acid and stearic acid, serving as an emulsifier and consistency wax for skin care emulsions. It is supplied as small white to yellowish pearls and can be used in various personal care applications, including after sun, baby care and cleansing, body care, color care, face care, face cleansing, self-tanning, and sun protection.

Plantasil® Micro is a silicone-free conditioning booster for rinse-off formulations. It works in combination with cationic polymers and anionic surfactants. This product is environmentally friendly, easy to formulate, and an economical alternative to silicone. It has the ability to develop transparent formulations and is EO- and silicone-free. This product is cold-processable, easy to use, readily biodegradable, and 100% naturally derived.

Emulgade® SE-PF is a self-emulsifying base with consistency-giving properties, suited for the preparation of cosmetic and pharmaceutical oil-in-water creams and lotions. It has high emollient flexibility and good electrolyte stability. It is a mixture of consistency-giving factors and nonionic emulsifiers, appearing as white to slightly yellowish pellets with a faint characteristic odor.

Cremophor® RH 410 is a nonionic multipurpose solubilizer and emulsifying agent that is used to solubilize ethereal oils, perfume compositions, vitamins, and hydrophobic active substances in aqueous-alcoholic and purely aqueous solutions. The finished preparations are particularly stable. This product shows little tendency to foam, which is particularly important for solutions in aqueous ethanol. Further foam suppression can be obtained by adding a small amount of defoamer.

Luviflex® Soft is a film-former that provides hair with volume, a soft feel, good dry compatibility, and a certain setting effect. These properties make it ideal for use in mousses that provide body to the hair, as it creates a film that gives hair a fuller appearance. Overall, Luviflex® Soft is an effective film-former for achieving hair volume, a soft texture, easy combability, and a setting effect.

Plantacare® 1200 UP is a nonionic surfactant with good dermatological compatibility and viscosity-enhancing effects. It is therefore suitable for use as an additive or a co-surfactant in cosmetic surfactant cleansing preparations. It is a cloudy, viscous, aqueous solution of a C12 - C16 fatty alcohol polyglycolide.

Euperlan® PK 771 BENZ is a cold-processable, pasty pearl shine concentrate with a typical faint odor. The product is suitable for dense and particularly brilliant surfactant preparations with a silky shine. This product is recommended for use in skin care, cleanser, mother and baby, hair care, shampoo and conditioner, bath and body, face care, pet care, pet care TSCA, and pet care DSL with quantity restrictions.

BASF Isopropyl Myristate is a fast-spreading emollient. It is supplied as a clear, colorless, almost odorless oil.
