It is formulated using natural and synthetic ester base fluids to provide a clean and efficient operating environment. This product is entirely free of petroleum oils and is composed of vegetable-based esters and additives. It may be used on a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals including stainless steel, nickel alloys, copper, and copper alloys.

ASTRO-CUT SUPER SYN is a heavy-duty, oil-free, synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate designed to offer outstanding machining performance in even the most demanding applications, including aluminum and tough aerospace materials. This clean-running, low-foam product is stable in both soft and extremely hard water and contains additives that provide excellent rejection of tramp oils. In addition, ASTRO-CUT SUPER SYN provides rapid fine-settling capabilities and does not contain any secondary amines.

MONROE CUT 240 CFS is a clear, brown-colored, general-purpose cutting oil designed for use in screw machines, deep hole drilling, gun drilling, or other machining applications that require the use of neat cutting oils. This product can be used to machine the most difficult metals. It is formulated with chlorinated and sulfurized additives, making it especially suited for machining difficult alloys.

LoneLube 100L is the most fully environmentally friendly Modified Natural Base lubricant in the market today. It is designed to reduce torque and drag on the drill string against the well bore and to reduce metal to metal friction in POP type uses. LoneLube 100L is used in most oil-based systems.

J-Cut NCL-18 is a moderate to heavy duty dual purpose cutting oil developed to machine a wide variety of metals without the need for chlorinated additives. The extreme pressure lubricants are balanced to provide ease of cut with minimal tool wear. An effective anti-mist additive is incorporated into the J-Cut NCL-18 to reduce misting of the cutting oil during high speed machining operations.

This product incorporates unique additives to prevent the formation of hard water soaps in systems with extremely hard water.

ASTRO-TAP GP is designed for difficult cutting and tapping applications where superior cling and viscosity are required. This product contains wetting agents for superior cooling and corrosion inhibitors for in-process rust protection of machine tools and metal parts. When diluted for use, GLASGRIND 100 provides a stable, effective medium for the abrasive working of glass and all vitreous materials. This product has a polymer that prevents particles from recirculating through the grinding zone, causing them to agglomerate and settle rapidly. The fines settle in a slurry that is soft and easily removable as a result of this polymer.

ASTRO-CUT HIGH PRESSURE HD is not recommended for use on magnesium.

In its concentrated form, it appears as an amber liquid and when diluted it appears translucent. This product has improved biological protection and exceptional foam control for high-pressure operations and is formulated without the use of chlorine.

ASTRO-CUT 2084 CLF PLUS is a heavy-duty, biostable, semi-synthetic, high-pressure metalworking coolant. It combines the superior chemical flexibility of synthetics with mineral oil plus phosphorus and active sulfur extreme-pressure additives. This product has exceptional foam control, hard water stability, and tramp oil rejection. It provides outstanding extreme-pressure lubricity for machining and grinding virtually all ferrous metals, particularly stainless steel and other hard-to-machine alloys. It is not recommended for use on magnesium or copper alloys that might stain.
