VESTAMID® D18 is a medium-viscosity polyamide 612 compound that is specifically designed for extrusion and injection molding processes. It is commonly used for applications such as monofilaments, including toothbrush bristles. VESTAMID® D16 is a medium-viscosity Polyamide 612 compound for extrusion and injection molding applications such as monofilaments (e.g., toothbrush bristles). The material based on PA612 absorbs only small amounts of water, resulting in excellent dimensional stability of components under changing ambient humidity.

VESTAMID® DX9330 NC is a PA 612 base polymer that does not contain any stabilizers or additives. This versatile material is suitable for both extrusion and injection molding applications. VESTAMID® DX9330 NC is primarily used in special cases where additives are not preferred or processing aids are unnecessary, such as filament extrusion. With its optimal balance of amino and carboxyl end groups, this material offers ease of processing and dyeability. VESTAKEEP® 3300 G High Purity is an unreinforced polyether ether ketone specifically designed for injection molding and extrusion. Refined using Evonik's advanced filtration technology, this medium-viscosity polymer offers exceptional thermal and chemical resistance. Parts manufactured with VESTAKEEP® 3300 G High Purity exhibit low flammability, ensuring enhanced safety. Compatible with standard thermoplastic machines, it can be easily processed. For injection molding, we recommend a melt temperature range of 360°C to 380°C with a mold temperature of 160°C to 200°C, preferably 180°C. This product is supplied in 25 kg boxes with moisture-proof polyethylene liners, conveniently packaged as granules. VESTAKEEP® 4000 FP is an unreinforced, high-viscosity polyether ether ketone fine powder. VESTAKEEP® 4000 FP has low flammability.

SABIC's Specialties Business High heat resistant polycarbonate copolymer, provides DTUL of 290F at 264 psi. FDA food contact compliant in limited colors. Effective January 15th, 2008 this grade will no longer be supported with biocompatibility information and should not be used for medical applications which require biocompatibility. Alternative grade HPH4504. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP THERMOCOMP DX15354 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing proprietary fillers and available in black color only. Added features of this grade include: Improved Plating Surface and Mechanical Performance suitable for Laser Direct Structuring (LDS) applications, Improved Heat Resistance. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.
