ZELEC® A081 is an alcohol phosphate that can be used to help decrease the viscosity of high-pressure compounds. ACCOSOFT® 550-90% HHV is a cationic surfactant, a diamidoamine fabric softener quaternary, commonly employed in household and commercial liquid fabric softeners. It enables the creation of high-viscosity dispersions with solid concentrations of up to 20%, all while maintaining excellent rewetting characteristics.

ACCOSOFT® 808-90% presents a highly concentrated imidazoline fabric softener quaternary with 90% solids content. Notably, this product does not dissolve in water.

WACKER® E60 350 is a 60% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane using a nonionic surfactant system. WETSOFT® NE 430 is a nonionic macroemulsion concentrate of a self-dispersing hydrophilic silicone fluid. It is used for the hydrophilic treatment of fibers and textiles of all kinds. On hydrophilic substrates such as cellulosics, the hydrophilic properties are usually not affected, while hydrophobic substrates such as polyesters typically experience a clear improvement in wetting properties.

TEGOTEX® UV 5050 is an organo-modified polydimethylsiloxane designed for UV protection and textile finishing. It is easy to dilute in softener formulations and offers protection against sunlight-induced color fading. TEGOTEX® UV 5050 is compatible and easy to formulate at room temperature, providing maximal UV protection with good stability in emulsions.

REWOQUAT® WE 15 DPG is di-(nor-oleyl carboxyethyl) hydroxyethyl methylammonium methosulfate and can be applied to textiles alone or in combination with other compatible finishing products. It is used for the handling and finishing of textiles made from various fibers, including cellulosic, synthetic, wool, and their blends, as well as a hydrophilic softener for non-wovens.

TEGOTEX® CS 0182 is a cationic softener composed of amidoamine ethoxyquat and based on a combination of vegetable and synthetic raw materials. Its advantages include providing yarn or fabric with a fluffy and bulky hand feeling, strong substantivity with easy adsorption in fabrics, antistatic properties, medium rewetting capabilities, low yellowing, cold-water dispersibility, and compatibility with nonionic, cationic, and amphiprotic surfactants while being incompatible with anionic surfactants.

TEGOTEX® CS 8081 is a new quaternary silicone designed for hydrophilic textile treatment. Recommended as a substantive, high-performance softening agent with excellent rewetting properties for textile applications, TEGOTEX® CS 8081 provides exceptional softness for non-wovens and fabrics made of natural or synthetic fibers. It is also suggested as a component for various preparations.

TEGOTEX® CS 8080 is a quaternary silicone for hydrophilic textile finishing. Like TEGOTEX® CS 8081, it is recommended as a substantive, high-performance softening agent with good rewetting properties for textile applications. TEGOTEX® CS 8080 provides excellent softness for non-wovens and fabrics made of natural or synthetic fibers and is also suitable for diverse preparations.

Alcogum L 520 cationic compatible acid swellable rheology modifier, designed to perform below pH 6, performs well in many applications. It is supplied at 20% active solids in water. When neutralized with an inorganic or organic acid, it provides a clear, viscous solution. The Alcogum® L 520 manufacturing process finely controls polymer structure and molecular weight to provide optimized performance in a broad range of applications areas.

WACKER® Finish CT 34 E is a nonionic microemulsion of a reactive, aminofunctional silicone fluid. It is specifically designed as a softener for the impregnation of fibers and textiles, providing a very soft, smooth, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. Additionally, WACKER® Finish CT 34 E has minimal impact on the degree of whiteness.

WACKER® Finish WR 1300 is a reactive aminoethyl-aminopropyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. When used in a softener formulation, it has minimal impact on the degree of whiteness. Additionally, it does not adversely affect the shade or color-fastness properties of colored goods. In formulations for fill fiber finish applications, WACKER® Finish WR 1300 provides excellent slickness and resilience to the fibers.

WETSOFT® CTA is a self-dispersible aminofunctional silicone fluid with polyether groups. It can be applied alone in diluted form or blended with organic softeners to impart hydrophilic properties to fibers and textiles. However, a compatibility test is recommended before mixing with organic softeners.

WACKER® Finish WR 1200 is a reactive aminoethyl-aminopropyl-functional polydimethylsiloxane that imparts a very soft, drapable, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. It is widely regarded as the best softening agent for PES and other synthetic fibers. In addition to softness, WACKER® Finish WR 1200 also enhances the wash-and-wear properties, crease recovery angle, sewability, tear strength, and abrasion loss of the treated fabrics. These effects are quickly noticeable, even after washing and dry cleaning processes.

WACKER® AF 2170 is a highly concentrated modified amino silicone with a 70% active content that can be diluted with water. It is specifically formulated to provide an exceptionally soft and supple feel without causing yellowing. Additionally, WACKER® AF 2170 exhibits good hydrophilicity, making it a top choice for silicone emulsions in the textile industry. This product is made using AF-21 fluid.

SILFOAM® SE 55A is a silicone defoamer emulsion with a medium viscosity, containing 40% active ingredients. It is specifically formulated to control foam in aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 55A utilizes Wacker's advanced silicone defoamer technology, making it suitable for use in alkaline and high-temperature applications. This product exhibits excellent foam knockdown properties and provides significant antifoam effectiveness over time.

POWERSOFT® PE 280 is a composition that includes a self-dispersing aminofunctional silicone fluid. It is a cationic silicone softener specifically developed for exhaust applications and can be used on common fibers such as cotton, polyester, polyamides, and their blends. What sets POWERSOFT® PE 280 apart from regular silicone-based softeners is its exceptional stability in the presence of alkali, salt, and high-shearing conditions.

WACKER® AF 3670 is a concentrated, modified amino silicone with a total solids content of 70%. It is designed to be diluted in water. WACKER® AF 3670 is specifically formulated to provide a soft and supple feel to fabrics without causing yellowing. Compared to standard amino softeners, it exhibits good hydrophilicity. Additionally, WACKER® AF 3670 contributes to wrinkle recovery and improves fabric elasticity. It can be easily diluted to concentrations as low as 5% solids.

WACKER® Elastomer 20 N is a colorless liquid hydroxy-functional polydimethylsiloxane polymer. It is recommended for use in a variety of processing and formulating applications such as sealants, adhesives, coatings, softeners (textile), and mold-making products. This product is not miscible in water.

WACKER® IM 11 is a polydimethylsiloxane having carbinol functional groups in α,ω-position. WACKER® IM 11 can be used neat, in a solution, or as an emulsion. Suitable solvents for WACKER® IM 11 are aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters, higher alcohols, and ketones.
