Thermoplastic Elastomers

Ecomass® Compound 5033ZI82 Nat is a high-specific-gravity, filled styrene isoprene styrene (SIS) compound that is flexible. The processing method for this compound is injection molding. Ecomass® Compound 5033ZI82 Nat is a nontoxic alternative to lead (Pb) used for weighting and balancing applications.

Radial styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer SBS R 35-00 is essentially a product of styrene and butadiene block polymerization in hydrocarbon solution in the presence of alkyllithium catalyst. SBS R 35-00 is dusted with calcium stearate or amorphous silica. It is containing a no staining stabilizer.

A soft, colorable unfilled SEBS based thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) compound which has very good physical properties and chemical resistance. This product is a good option when good abrasion resistance is required.

F10070 is a SBS based compound that has a good flow for injection.

Espolex® WT361 is a thermoplastic elastomer with low die drool. It is a recyclable TPV that processes like a thermoplastic and acts like rubber. It is used in films, skins, foils, body seals, weatherstripping, hoses, tubes, and profile extrusion. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A65I 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) polymer suitable for injection molding. It has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. Its market segment includes automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture, and its applications include injection molded parts, seals, sealing lip, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorber, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fastener & connector, and 2K components.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A60E 2GP0000 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with high viscosity, good weathering resistance, good chemical resistance, good ozone resistance, good hot air resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for use in automotive, building and construction, machinery, electrical and electronic, and furniture applications, such as for extruded parts, blow molded parts, coextrusion, profiles, seals, sealing lip, conduit, tubes, cable guides, cable jacketing, bellows, and air ducts. Espolex® WT501 Black is a thermoplastic elastomer with strong adhesion to EPDM, Polypropylene compounds, and Polyethylene. It processes like a thermoplastic and acts like a rubber. It is used for various applications such as body seals and weather seals, TPV corner mold, interior or exterior trim, and injection molded parts.
