Efka® SL 3210 is a slip and leveling agent, a very effective additive to increase substrate wetting, slip, surface smoothness, and gloss. It has good compatibility with a broad range of printing ink systems and is relatively insensitive to pin-holing, even at high dosage. The chemical nature is organically modified polysiloxane.

Efka® PX 4733 is an advanced polymeric dispersant with a core-shell structure. It is a 100% active, liquid dispersant with high pigment loading at low mill base viscosity. Particularly effective in UV-curable and mild-solvent ink-jet systems, it is suitable for use in UV-curable ink systems, including flexographic, lithographic, and screen inks.

SHIKOH™ UV-3700B is UV curable urethane acrylate oligomer with high elongation and soft rubbery elasticity. It is relatively low viscosity despite its high molecular weight. EB and Thermal cure systems are also applicable. AFCONA 2027 is a moderate defoamer with minimal side effects. AFCONA 2027 prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It offers a combination of good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by spray and brush.

SYNTHOLUX 197 PE is an aadiation-curing, low-viscosity polyester acrylate resin that is solvent-free. It is used in UV- and electron beam-curing primers and top coats for wood, paper, plastics, and printing inks. It has applications in construction adhesives, industrial adhesives and sealants, wood coatings, and finishes.

SYNTHOLUX 271 UA is a radiation-curing, aliphatic urethane acrylate dissolved in a reactive thinner. It is recommended to use it as a coating wood and paper. It can also be used as a sole binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in wood flooring, industrial coatings, furniture coatings, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX 432 PAA is a radition-curing, amine-modified, low-viscosity polyether acrylate. It is recommended to use it as a sole, highly reactive binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, automotive OEM coatings, and other printing applications. 

SYNTHOLUX 475 PE is a radiation-curing, fatty acid-modified polyester acrylate. It is used as a sole binder or combined with other radiation-curing binders for use in UV-curing printing inks. The resin is distinguished by its good pigment wetting. It has applications in furniture coatings, industrial coatings, wood flooring, and other printing and packaging applications.

AFCONA 2503 is a waterbased defoamer and anti-foam agent with leveling properties that is especially useful in high shear applications such as pigment concentrates. AFCONA 2503 is an organically modified polysiloxane which is designed to give good defoaming, anti-foam and leveling performance in all waterbased applications.

Deuteron® UV 1242 consists of solutions incorporating bis(dodecyl phenyl)-iodonium hexafluoroantimonate dissolved in reactive solvents. The solution utilizes C12/C14 glycidyl ether as a reactive thinner and contains antimony. Notably, it ensures minimal benzene emissions and maintains a low-odor characteristic. This solution presents itself as a brownish, viscous liquid suitable for various applications within the specified context.

Deuteron® MM 110 comprises finely dispersed PMU (polymethyl urea) particles within DPGDA (dipropylene glycol diacrylate). Tailored as matting agents, these preparations are particularly designed for thin-layer UV-curable coatings and inks. The product presents as a white or yellowish dispersion, offering a specialized solution for achieving desired surface finishes in UV-curable applications.

It comprises micronized polyamide wax, offering universal utility in diverse coating systems.

Deuteron® WAX PP2 is a micronized modified polypropylene wax with well-balanced properties and an attractive economic profile. It's a versatile product suitable for various applications such as solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (like UV curable), and powder coatings. This wax provides an elegant surface feel, good matting, and excellent mechanical stability. When used with silica, it enhances the polishing resistance and settling properties of heavy materials. In powder coatings, Deuteron® WAX PP2 contributes to good degassing properties.

Deuteron® MM 100 consists of finely dispersed PMU (polymethyl urea) particles within DPGDA (propylene glycol diacrylate). Specifically crafted as matting agents, these preparations cater especially to thin-layer UV-curable coatings and inks. The appearance of this product manifests as a grayish dispersion, offering a unique solution for desired surface finishes in UV-curable applications.

Deuteron® WAX TF is a micronized PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)-modified polyolefin with a fine particle size distribution and excellent ease of dispersion. PTFE imparts coatings with superior mar resistance and anti-blocking properties. Given the high cost of pure PTFE powders, this product provides a cost-effective solution by combining PTFE with polyolefin, offering many of the outstanding properties of pure PTFE.

Trapylen® 5650 UV is a chemically modified low chlorinated polypropylene, dissolved in reactive, UV-curable monomer isobornyl acrylate (IBOA). It has outstanding affinity to polyolefinic plastics such as PP, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and reasonable adhesion to PE. Furthermore TRAPYLEN® 5650 UV obtains excellent bonding strength between PP and alumina. For UV-curing screen printing inks TRAPYLEN® 5650 UV is used as adhesion additive/promoter.

Hauthane L-3685 is a water-borne, UV-curable, polycarbonate-based polyurethane dispersion. Features: Excellent chemical- and stain-resistance. Superior humidity resistance. Forms durable, films under ambient or force-dried conditions. APEO-free Fast water-release properties. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) co-solvent.
