Deuteron® WAX TF is a micronized PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)-modified polyolefin with a fine particle size distribution and excellent ease of dispersion. Given the high cost of pure PTFE powders, this product provides a cost-effective solution by combining PTFE with polyolefin, offering many of the outstanding properties of pure PTFE.

AquaPoly 250 is unique micronized polyethylene wax blend for maximum rub and scratch resistance with improved slip in aqueous systems.Features and Benefits A hard, high density modified polyethylene blend. PEL-SIL™ CL340 is a nonreactive, acetate capped, silicone glycol copolymer surfactant supplied at 100 percent active concentration. It provides slip, gloss enhancement, pigment treatment and leveling for ink and coatings applications. Additionally, it provides mar resistance for coatings applications such as glossy printed materials. PEL-SIL™ CL340 is compatible with acrylic, epoxy, nitrocellulose, phenolic, polyester & polyurethane systems. With a low order of toxicity, this product acts as an anti-stick agent in printing ink applications. It is particularly useful for facilitating the slip of magazine covers over one another during printing and distribution. It is also used as a solubility aid to compatibilize blowing agents with isocyanates in the production of polyurethane foams. PEL-SIL™ CL340 is stable in neutral or mildly acidic or alkaline aqueous solutions. It Imparts anti-blocking and improves mar resistance of PU coatings. PEL-SIL™ CL340 is an effective leveling agent for synthetic leather top coatings.

Michem® Emulsion 93335 enhances anti-blocking, slip properties and mar resistance and is used most effectively for wood coatings,inks and overprint varnishes.

Deuteron MM 823 has been developed for use in solvent-based and solvent-free, non-aqueous coating systems, printing inks and powder coatings. RAD-WAX 65 is a extra fine PE wax at 30% for optimum slip and rub resistance. It can be used in UV inks and coatings, UV wood finishes and OPV's where they impart slip, lubricity, anti-blocking and mar and rub resistance. Addition levels start as low as 0.2% depending on the desired properties.
