VINNAPAS® 550 ED is a multi-purpose construction dispersion, specifically suited for cement admixtures, the formulation of two-component cementitious waterproofing membranes, as well as the production of primers. AFCONA 3730 is a leveling agent for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. AFCONA 3730 is a high molecular weight polyester polymer which offers good leveling properties. It is very compatible with the oil-free polyester resins that are used in can coatings. This means it is very suitable for use as a leveling agent for clearcoats and pigmented coatings, as it will not give haze, orange peel or other side effects to the coating.

AFCONA 3775 is a leveling agent with very high defoaming effect for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3775 is an acrylic polymer tailor made for those applications that need good leveling as well as a high defoaming effect like coil coatings and other foam sensitive systems. It is recommended as a non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problem.

AFCONA 3770 is a leveling agent with good defoaming effect and anti-crater working for solvent-based coatings. Fluorocarbon modified acrylic polymer. It offers good mechanical properties and resistance to chemicals. It has applications in automotive OEM coatings, primers and lacquers, and also in marine transportation.

SYNTHALAT A 090 is a polyisocyanate-curing acrylic resin. Utilized in 2-pack coatings that combine cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate adducts with air and oven drying. Mostly utilized for ABS copolymers and plastic coating. It has applications in coil coatings, industrial coatings, can coatings, and metal coatings.

SYNTHOESTER TS 4309 is a highly flexible, cycloaliphatic, saturated polyester. It is recommended to use aliphatic polyisocyanates in very flexible 2-pack coatings, especially for soft-feeling coatings. The resin can also be used to increase the flexibility of acrylic resins and aliphatic polyesters, like SE 186 HS, for yellowing-resistant top coats. It has applications in industrial coatings, coil coatings, can coatings, metal coatings, and automotive OEM coatings.

ASCOTRAN® H10 is a ready-to-use, liquid-form, anti flash-rust additive for waterborne coatings and galvanized steel substrates. It replaces mineral anticorrosive pigments and enhances their effectiveness. This product functions as a hydrophobic agent and increases the water resistance of dry films. It helps shield against corrosion in metal packaging.

ASCOTRAN® AL4 is a ready-to-use, VOC-free, liquid-form, anti flash-rust additive for any waterborne coating. It contains a hydrophobic agent that protects nearly dry films under severe ambient humidity conditions. Additionally, this product acts as a corrosion inhibitor for metal packaging protection.

SYNTHOESTER 215 HS is a hydroxyl group containing, high solid polyester resin. It is recommended to use it in combination with melamine resins and CAB for base coat enamels. It is also used with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and oven-drying 2-pack high-solid laquers and fillers with high mechanical properties, high gloss and body, and very good chemical and weather resistance. SYNTHALAT A 200 is an acrylic/epoxide resion cross-linked with polyisocyanate. It is used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air-drying and oven-drying two-component primers with excellent filling properties, quick drying, and good adhesion to steel, aluminum, and zinc, which gives good results in condensed moisture tests and salt spray tests. Wherever there is a requirement for maximum corrosion resistance and adhesion, this type of 2-component primer is used. It has applications in industrial maintenance, primers and lacquers, and metal coatings.

AFCONA 2038 is a highly compatible defoamer that does not cause in-can haziness. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based wood finishes. This defoamer has excellent compatibility properties, making it especially suitable for use in clear coatings and high gloss coatings. Additionally, it is suitable for use in applications where dry film transparency is essential, such as when applying thick clear coatings by conventional spraying.

AFCONA 2020 is a very strong defoamer suitable for most solvent-based coatings, printing inks, and thermosetting resin systems. It eliminates foam and blistering, regardless of the source of the air bubbles. However, it is not suitable for transparent, high-gloss clear topcoats.

AFCONA 2050 is a strong defoamer for most solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 2050 offers very strong defoaming and anti-foam performance with good compatibility in many resin systems. It is suitable for solvent-based coatings, printing inks and thermosetting resin systems. The product eliminates foam and blistering, regardless of whether the air bubbles are caused by the substrate.

AFCONA 3778 is a leveling agent for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. It is a pure polyacrylic leveling agent. Polyacrylics are well known for flow and leveling performance. AFCONA 3778 also acts as a defoamer and deareator in most coating systems. It does not interfere with intercoat adhesion.

AFCONA 3758 is a leveling and flow control agent for solvent-based coatings with anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3758 is a special modified polyacrylic polymer. It reduces drastically surface tension of organic coating systems. This, together with good compatibility in most solvent-based systems and with minimal foam stabilizing effect, makes it very effective as an anti-crater and flow control agent for all solvent-based coatings.

AFCONA 2720 is an anti-foam and de-aeration additive for use in unsaturated polyesters, coil and can coatings, epoxies and PVC-compounds. It supports the quick deaeration of thermosetting resin systems, allowing for the production of foam-free and blister-free self-leveling compounds and laminates. Additionally, AFCONA 2720 is suitable for use in can and coil coatings, where it is less likely to cause side effects such as inconsistent craters in the line.
