TRECORA POLYETHYLENE WAX – CWP400 is a High Density Polyethylene Wax intended for use in specifically Hot melt adhesives intended for the packaging industry where heat stability and heat resistance are required.

Ultrapoly™ 210 A is a high performance blend of tough, low COF polyethylene dispersed in a harddrying binder. Ultrapoly 210 A is recommended where abrasion, mar resistance, and slip are required. Ultrapoly 210 A is 100% non-volatile and fast-setting. It protects the film in the earliest stages of the printing process while developing exceptional toughness over time.

Micronized Polyethylene wax

Michem® Emulsion 93235 - A phenol-free additive best used in water-based coatings where improved slip, rub resistance, hardness, or block resistance is needed. It provides effective mar resistance in floor polish formulations, and shine and mar resistance in auto polish formulations.

Michem® Lube 190 - A wax emulsion provides mar, rub, block, and scratch resistance, and improved water resistance in coatings and graphic arts formulations.

Ultrapoly™ 211 A is a PTFE modified version of Ultrapoly 210 A. Ultrapoly 211 A is a high performance blend of tough, low COF polyethylene/PTFE dispersed in a hard drying binder. Ultrapoly 211 A is recommended where a high degree of slip, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance are required. Ultrapoly 211 A is 100% non-volatile and fast-setting. It protects the film in the earliest stages of the printing process while developing exceptional toughness over time. Ultrapoly 211 A is coatable and may be used for laser work. For optimum heat resistance, we recommend using 3 parts Ultrapoly 211 A to 1 part Fluoron™ 735 A (a 50% PTFE concentrate). Recommended usage level is 3 to 5%.

Qingdao Zhongsu LDPE Paste Wax A is a LDPE paste wax type.

CERETAN® MF 5010 is a spherical, micronized polyolefin wax modified with PTFE.Properties are good rub resistance, very good slip, good heat resistance, good solvent resistance, higher PTFE-content than CERETAN MF 5710. Applications in Paints and coatings e.g. can - and coil-, wood-, industrial- and powder coatings.CERETAN ® micronized waxes are predominantly produced using our highly advanced spraying technology leading to spherical particles. The spherical shape and the particles’ even surface help the dispersing process, reduce wax usage as well as dust formation. Ultrafine™ 1000 A is a finely micronized polyethylene wax powder recommended when maximum rub and mar resistance, block resistance, slip, re-coatability and elevated processing temperatures are required. The average particle size of Ultrafine 1000 A is 7 microns with a narrow distribution of particle sizes for ease of dispersion and uniformity during processing. Addition levels range from 0.5 to 3%, depending upon application requirements.

CERALENE® 1X is a low density polyethylene wax with a typical average molecular weight of 1200 MW.

Qingdao Zhongsu PE Wax H-24 is a polymerized type.

Kemfluid 201 is a polyethylene wax, used in extrusion of rigid or soft PVC. External lubricant with low amount of filler. Gives good surface shine.

Optirub™ OP A is a micronized, oxidized polyethylene that easily disperses into aqueous systems. Optirub OP A is processed to a 12 micron average particle size and formulated to give excellent rub resistance, lubricity, gloss and anti-blocking properties. Addition levels range from 0.5 to 2%, depending upon application requirements.

IRM's natural waxes, formulated using plant derived oils instead of petrochemicals, are commonly used in candle wax formulations. Our Indranat line of waxes can be mixed with paraffin and microcrystalline waxes to produce candle wax blends with varying melting points, textures, and burn time. Though hydrogenation soy oil is "transformed" into a solid which mimics the characteristics of beeswax. As a component of a wax blend, soy waxes impart characteristics such as lower melting point, higher malleability, and quicker burn times.
