CompositeWrap™ UDC20 Carbon Fabric is a medium weight, high tensile strength unidirectional carbon fabric. This material is engineered to provide extremely strong, durable and lightweight composites for structural reinforcement. CompositeWrap™ UDC20 Carbon Fabric is easy to apply, corrosion resistant and can be applied at any thickness required to provide adequate structural reinforcement. It easily wets out and can be installed using the wet lay-up technique.

BB 2100 is a standard modulus carbon fiber precision cut from tow, with typical mechanical properties. These fibers are ideal for introduction into Bulk Molding Compound (BMC) materials, injection molding and pellet production for a wide range of end-use applications. Fibers come with standard epoxy-based sizing chemistry, optimized for use with most thermoset and thermoplastic resin systems. BB 2100 fibers are available as first quality certified materials as well as at discount without certifications. BB 2100 fiber is precision cut according to each customer specified length (e.g. 0.125, 0.25, 0.50 through 2.75" fiber lengths).

ACM C130P is a Unidirectional Woven Fabrics with Standard fabric width of 300 mm and Custom width range of 120—1600 mm having EP/VE Resin compatibility. AS4-GP 3k (1%), AS4-GP 12k (0.9%), and AS4 12k carbon fibers have been qualified to NMS 818 Carbon Fiber Specification (NCAMP). This allows customers to call out an industry standard, aerospace grade carbon fiber without the need to write and maintain their own specification.

StarPCS™ SBMC-998 are carbon fiber reinforced molding compounds containing a discontinuous carbon fiber, a specially formulated StarPCSTM polycarbosilane resin, and refractory particulate. SBMC-900 and SBMC-998 can be used in the cured state, but are specifically designed for use as a ceramic matrix composite (CMC) thermal or mechanical structure.
