TIVAR® Sterra™ DrySlide UHMW-PE is an internally lubricated product. This lubricant is built into the PE-UHMW matrix with a higher molecular weight. It offers a lower coefficient of friction and enhanced wear and abrasion resistance than TIVAR® 1000 PE-UHMW. The additives used also make this material static dissipative and considerably improves UV-resistance. As part of the Sterra™ product portfolio, this material contains recycled content and exhibits a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to similar materials derived from non-recycled feedstocks.

This material results from the further development of a tried-and-tested material. Experiences of over 50 years of producing Original Material "S"® have contributed to the development of this material. This involved improving already impressive material properties. For example, the self-lubricating character of this material has resulted in an improved sliding friction coefficient in comparison with Original Material "S". Original Material "S" 8000® is ideally suited for use in sliding guides, slide segments, and slide bearings.

C4-LLDPE and HDPE are mainly used for seasoning tubes, blown bottles, water supply pipes and various industrial products, which have a good balance of flexibility and processability.

HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE) B2555 is a medium molecular weight high density polyethylene resin used for blow molding. Blow molded parts made from this resin exhibit high stiffness, good impact strength and good Environmental Stress-Cracking Resistance (ESCR).

NGL250IG is a Butene co-monomer based Linear Low Density Polyethylene Resin manufactured by IEPL using "SCLAIRTECH" solution polymerisation process of DU Pont, Canada (Now Nova Chemicals) designed for Injection Molding application. As a copolymer it offers excellent processability, impact resistance, outstanding flexibility and warpage resistance.

Original Material "S" plus+® AB contains special substances that prevent the growth of bacteria and other microbes at the same time as protecting the environment and people. The material is thus ideally suited for use when manufacturing and processing foods. It can reduce the growth of microbes on surfaces by between 99.96 to 99.99% in comparison with materials with no special additives. This means that it can virtually eradicate unpleasant smells and the formation of biofilm. Original Material "S" plus+® AB combines antibacterial properties with exceptional characteristics of the "S" plus+® family. A member of the S plus family Production based on PE-UHMW SG 1.2.

Inhance Fluoro-Seal UH-1045 are a range of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) particles that are surface activated, making them highly compatible and dispersible in formulated systems. Posessing surface energies up to 60 dynes/cm, these particles are easily dispersible in CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers) formulations, imparting abrasion resistance, wear resistance, reducing coefficient of friction and increasing mechanical strength.

This material is used for applications that involve manufacturing and transportation at high pressure. The balance quantity of micro glass beads in Original Material "S" plus+® GB provide the combined benefits of extremely high molecular weight polyethylene and glass. Alkathene LDF433 is a low density polyethylene designed for a variety of medium to heavy gage (70 - 200μm) film applications where increased stiffness is required. Alkathene LDF433 is formulated with a process stabilization and antiblock package but contains no slip additives

TRECORA OXIDIZED POLYETHYLENE WAX – OX7 is oxidized High Density Polyethylene Wax used in applications where compatibility with polar systems are required. They can also be used in aqueous systems like wax dispersions used in coating and other industrial applications.

TRECORA OXIDIZED POLYETHYLENE WAX – OX18 is oxidized High Density Polyethylene Waxes used in applications where compatibility with polar systems are required. They are used as internal lubricants in PVC extrusion.

Even at high operating temperatures of up to120°C for short periods of time and constant service temperatures of up to100°C, the molecular structure of this ultra-high molecular weight low-densitypolyethylene does not change. This is because the thermal oxidation point has been increased through the use of a newly developed additive. The HFFR-XL compound product range is a group of thermosetting, halogen-free flame retardant, low-smoke and non-toxic compounds based on polyolefins and mineral fillers, which can be crosslinked using heat or moisture. A catalyst masterbatch is added during the final extrusion together with the main compound (SIOPLAS method). These products are suitable for producing cross-linked insulation or sheathing.

However, it is only used in cases where the excellent slide and wear resistance properties of Original Material ""S""® are not required. Because of its great cut, impact, and shock resistance, this material is often used to make underlays for cutting and punching machines and for ram guards."
