Cadlube Gear Oils ISO 15 are formulated with a premium quality extreme pressure additive that is suitable for high loads and protects against wear. It is a blend of high quality petroleum oil and special synthetic polymers which work together to form an extremely water-resistant, tough lubricating film that prevents water washout and metal-to-metal contact even under extreme pressure or shock loading. HUSKEY™ DYNA-MITE RED GREASE is formulated with the optimum amounts of additives to provide maximum protection against rust, corrosion and oxidation. HUSKEY™ DYNA-MITE RED GREASE contains no fillers or clay thickeners. The distinctive red color makes it easy to identify during and after lubrication.

METAL-CLAD® ALKYD ENAMEL 3-HES-4043 is a all-purpose, durable utility enamel designed for new construction, industrial maintenance, OEM, and metal fabrication applications. Combines state-of-the-art corrosion protection with excellent gloss retention, superior durability, and onecoat coverage. May be applied direct to metal without a primer. It is used as airless or conventional spray.

Amerilube® SERIES 7-A467C lubricants are formulated from several synthetic base stocks (PAO, Ester and Group III) and a synergistic blend of additives designed to provide excellent performance in rotary screw compressors. It is manufactured in an ISO 9001:2008 certified facility. It lubricants offer outstanding performance at a reduced cost versus most PAO and PAO blends. It provides better viscosity stability over a wide range of temperatures.

LTG-1 is a synthetic multipurpose EP grease designed for Automatic Grease Dispensing Systems where long lubricant dispensing lines and temperature extremes are the norms. LTG-1 is designed for low or high-speed plain and rolling element bearings and sliding mechanisms operating under generally difficult conditions such as found in steel mills and paper corrugating plants. Special additive technology and synthetic base oils give excellent film strength under EP conditions with extreme oxidative and thermal stability. LTG-1 is exceptionally resistant to heavy water wash and possesses very low oil bleed characteristics which insure protection at high temperatures and high radial forces.

RECOFREEZE AL® 50/50 is a premixed, ready to use, pH neutral heat transfer fluid specifically designed for use in aluminum boiler and heat exchanger systems. It is especially suited to combat acidic corrosion of aluminum and other system metals utilizing a proprietary combination of corrosion inhibitors in a blend of virgin propylene glycol and high quality de-ionized water. The additive system used is free of amine, borate, nitrate, nitrite, phosphate or silicate and formulated to provide corrosion protection to copper, solder, brass, steel, cast iron and aluminum components.

Apex Industrial Chemicals Galve Cote GG01 is a primer for bare steel, galve cote protects steel surfaces from corrosion by its "Sacrificial" electrical action. Galve cote may be used as a shop primer or coating for steel pipes and fabrications and may be top-coated with chlorinated rubber paints, acrylic, cellulose, alkyd, p.U-alkyd or epoxy materials or virtually any other single pack system.

Hempel A/S Galvosil 15700 is a solvent-borne, self-curing, inorganic zinc rich silicate primer with outstanding resistance against weathering and abrasion. Offers excellent galvanic protection of local mechanical damage. Has excellent chemical resistance within the pH range 6-9. The product is in compliance with the compositional requirements of SSPC Paint 20, Type I, Level 1 and ISO 12944 Part 5, 2018. In full compliance with ISO 3549 and ASTM D520 type II.

IonoFil 2776 is used to overcome wire eroding issues in dielectrics. Cobalt leaching is a problem that is difficult to get under control, especially when machining carbide. This iswhy oelheld, together with leading companies in the erosion industry and the University of Leuven (Belgium), has decided on a research project to develop a hydrocarbon-based dielectric that is directly adapted to wire cutting technology. Particularly the service life of carbide punches can be enormously extended by eliminating cobalt leaching. This development makes costly and time-consuming deionization of the water with resins, corrosion protection (before, during and after processing) as well as frequent changes of the medium a thing of the past. As a dielectric, IonoFil enables smaller spark gaps, which allow for smaller inner radii with the same wire diameter. The quality of the surfaces also increases to the same extent, which can be achieved with a coarseness of up to RA 0,01 much faster and more easily than with water.

Specialty Silicone Products SSP-1208-WA is a lubricating grease designed for a wide range of applications where contacting surfaces are under medium to light loads, and where wide temperature ranges are expected. SSP-1208WA is useful as corrosion inhibitor, plastics gear lubricant, and mold release. It is best suited for conditions where extreme water resistance are desired. SSP-1208WA features minimal separation at temperatures up to 500°F, low volatility, and is non corrosive to plastics.

Berucoat AF 291 is a friction reducing and extreme pressure anti-friction coatings with excellent corrosion protection and is the preferred choice for metallic surfaces. Berucoat AF 130 has an outstanding media resistance, especially in combination with motor oils.

DeoxIT® Shield S100L is a metal surface lubricant and protector. Deterrent to oxidation and corrosion. Improves conductivity and keeps signal quality at its peak. DeoxIT® Shield also reduces wear and abrasion, arcing, RFI, and intermittent connections, as well as improving connector performance and reliability. Ideal for harsh conditions. Clearco Products Silicone Grease NLGI#1 O‐Ring & Valve Lubricant is an NLGI #1(lowest stiffness) Silicone Grease, formulated with Polydimethylsiloxane and inert silica filler. METALIZE® WELDABLE PRIMER 2-HTP-1757 is a heavy duty, rust preventative primer designed for structural steel which will be subjected to severe or extended exposure. High purity zinc oxide pigments promote maximum corrosion resistance while allowing the primer to be welded through with no adverse effect on the integrity of the weld point. OPTICOOL 972(E) is DEA and Boron free and offers superior lubricity, corrosion inhibition, extreme pressure resistance, rancidity control and hard water stability. OPTICOOL 972(E) is usable in a broad range of machining operations from low to high speed and recommended for alloy steels, cast irons and exotic metals. The heat dissipating properties reduce heat and chip formation, provide rapid cooling of the tool and the workpiece, extending tool life when compared to conventional soluble oils and semi-synthetics.

Cor-Ban® D-5010NS is a powerful penetrating oil and corrosion inhibitor used for small parts.

BONDiT™ B-536 is a two-part, very high strength, 100% solids, room-temperature curing semi-flexible epoxy resin system. Especially designed for adhesive applications in bonding to a wide range of engineering plastics, including polyolefin and metals, glass, ceramic, composite and wood. Typical example of lapshear bond strength is 1100 PSI for PEEK-to-PEEK and PEEK-to-Steel substrates. B-536 handles harsh environments easily and is effective against moisture, salt water, acids, alkalies, oils, and detergents. B-536 has high thermal stability and offers good corrosion resistance. The semi- flexible properties of B-536 permits assembly of materials with dissimilar thermal expansion and survive thermal cycling. Likewise mechanical vibration, shock and impact are easily absorbed by B-536 and protect surfaces and bonded assemblies.

Calico® D is a Nanocomposite structure. This is accomplished by embedding nanocrystalline AlTiN grains into an amorphous matrix. This advanced Nanocomposite Technology has allowed the formation of a higher nanohardness coating with greater thermal stability than any conventional coating typically used in extreme environments. Calico® D is normally applied to steels and hardened steels where high wear resistance is needed. It can be stripped and recoated.
