SungateKuvan 484 is a premium version of metal deactivator, it has excellent metal deactivating property and corrosion inhibiting property as well as good EP performance, it is widely used in engine oil, AW hydraulic pressure oil, industry gear oil, grease and compressor oil etc. It is light yellow transparent liquid. It has excellent AO and copper corrosion inhibiting properties, especially in AW hydraulic pressure, it can greatly decrease copper corrosion caused by ZDDP. It’s can also work as ashless EP and AO additive used in grease.

Maxbase 110 is a low sulfonate, high soap “fighting grade” soluble oil add pack which provides stability in hard or soft water. This material also provides good CI properties and is readily compatible with other additives including EPs, esters and chlorinated paraffin. Maxbase 110 can also be used as the primary emulsifiers for semi-synthetic concentrates. This material is designed for use with naphthenic base oils. Chlorine, phenol and nitrite free.

Maxhib AB-400 is borate containing corrosion inhibitors for use in metal working fluids and industrial cleaners. As well as being hard water stable and low foaming, Maxhib AB-400 is extremely biostable. Recommended use level: 1.0 – 2.0 % by wt

Maxhib PT-10T is a low foaming, water soluble corrosion inhibitors. Maxhib PT-10T provides excellent inhibiting properties for ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces when used alone or in combination with synthetic lubricants components such as functional fluids, block polymers, low foam surfactants, sulfated esters, fatty acid soaps, etc. Maxhib PT-10T contains phosphorous and is expected to add extreme pressure properties to lubricants formulations. Octopol TMQ is primarily used as a corrosion inhibitor and is an excellent rust inhibitor. Some typical uses for Octopol TMQ are in compressor/engine/gear oils, greases, and petroleum lubes. It is an additive compatible with greases, industrial and automotive gear oils oils. Typical use levels are .25– 1.0 percent by weight in lubricating greases and industrial gear oil.

They can be productively employed in many industrial processes as they are; or they can be mixed, blended, or further refined. The melting points of slack wax varies from 105°F to 150°F. Some examples of applications for slack waxes: in wax emulsions, as binders and water-proofing in artificial woods; in matches; in jar candles; in rust-protection products; in industrial lubricants; in arena-footing; in soil or turf protection; and in fireplace products.

S&S 6945 is calcium sulfonate that is rust preventative and contains TBN-20.

Counter Rust CA-409 is a light color, oil-soluble, highly overbased calcium sulfonate with NSF HX-1 approval.

Maxbase 190 provides to easy formulating of soluble oils with high concentrations of chlorinated paraffins and sulfur and is also effective when cold water has to be used. Provides excellent emulsification with additive levels as low as 15%

Maxhib OS-4300 is a corrosion inhibiting additive that when diluted with oil, kerosene or mineral spirits, is recommended as a rust inhibitor in an acid atmosphere. Maxhib OS-4300 may be used as a corrosion inhibitors additive for the preparation of metalworking products; oil and solvent based corrosion preventives and slushing oils. Maxhib OS-4300 is excellent in acid atmosphere to protect exposed steel.

EXOhib PC400 is a corrosion inhibitor intended for paint products. The product is a mixture of aminoboranes and is provided in the form of approx. 50% aqueous solution having clear yellow color. EXOhib PC400 has very good wetting properties allowing to moisture steel surfaces, without any phosphates or nitrites. The product is highly compatible with acrylic, styrene-acrylic and vinyl-acrylic dispersions as well as with vinyl acetate copolymers.

RUST PREVENTATIVE CLEARTECT ST/WDX is a short to medium-term solvent deposited rust preventative, with powerful dewatering properties. On evaporation of the solvent this rust preventative leaves a thin greasy protective film, which does not harden with age. Rapidly displaces water from components after machining using soluble cutting fluids or following cleaning processes.

Octopol AZ-S is a synergistic blend of two extreme pressure additives: zinc diamyldithiocarbamate and sulfurized hydrocarbon. Zinc and sulfur provide a boundary lubrication and sacrificial wear combination protecting parts under the toughest EP conditions. The dithiocarbamate also acts as a corrosion inhibitor and an antioxidant further protecting the lubricating oil. Uses include industrial and automotive gear oils, gear and bearing greases, and some synthetic lubes. Zinc is one of the most widely accepted heavy metals for EP applications.
