Poolkemie POLIMOLD HR 25 is a two component room temperature vulcanising fluid rubber which cures after addition and mixing with the appropriate catalyst: it produces an elastic and tenacious mass, free from bubbles and imperfections; it has a good stability to hydrolysis, very good mechanical resistance, is easy to demould and has a percent shrinkage approx. = 0. Poly-urethane rubbers of POLIMOLD HR series, once cured, have a light superficial greasiness caused by proper release agents in order to favor demoulding operations.

UREA-TUFF 4290 is a high solids content, two-component, liquid applied, aliphatic industrial maintenance coating based on new polyurea technology. It can be used as a high solids top coat for many of the polyurea and polyurethane deck coating systems supplied by TUFFLEX Polymers (TUFFLEX). UREA-TUFF 4290 displays a lower level of irritating odors and is formulated with environmentally friendly Oxol-100, resulting in a minty smell.

BC8160 is a low viscosity two-component urethane casting compound that is specifically formulated for its flexural and impact strength. It is recommended for use for the production casting of highly wear-resistant parts and prototypes. BC8160 can be used to develop thermoplastics type prototypes. This product is a safe, easy-to-handle, room temperature mixing and curing system that does not contain TDI, MDI, or MOCA. BC8160 is relatively insensitive to typical environmental moisture and will make good void-free parts without the problems that some conventional urethane systems exhibit.

Ebalta MG 707 / Z 400 is a 2-components polyurethane material, which is cured thermically and used for prototypes. The four mentioned formulations differ in being filled or non-filled and their mechanical properties. The B-components Z 400 (potlife 8-12 min.) and Z 460 (potlife 60-70 min.) are identical and can be mixed with each other to control the reactivity, e.g. potlife. These combinations of Z 400 and Z 460 comp. B can be made any way as long as the totally required quantity of comp. B is observed (for each system).
