POWERSIL® 740 Dark Gray A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound with short curing times. ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4360/60 MH is a two-component, high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. This protective silicone sealant is specifically designed for cable jointing applications. In the absence of moisture, POWERSIL® 590 remains in a liquid state for an extended period, preventing the formation of voids.

ELASTOSIL® R 573/50 A/B is a two-component, electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber for the manufacture of electrically conductive products. This product is an addition-cured electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber that shows a low volume resistivity. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.

ELASTOSIL® 4100 is a one-component, acid-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing, and window applications, as well as sanitary applications. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

POWERSIL® 440 MH is a ready-to-use electrically conductive silicone rubber grade suitable for all types of molding applications. For optimal results in specific applications, it is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to optimize the conditions.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P 300 is an opaque paste with a medium to soft consistency and slight thixotropic properties. It possesses good electrical properties, including insulation, relative permittivity, and electric strength. Additionally, it exhibits strong adhesion to metals and ceramic materials. When applied as a coating, WACKER® Silicone Paste P 300 provides excellent water repellency, offering a certain level of protection against corrosion. The paste's low viscosity makes it easy to use as an embedding compound, release agent, or lubricant in various applications.

GENIOPLAST® Fluid FR is a high-viscosity silicone formulation specifically designed as a polymer additive for polyolefins and other thermoplastic resins. It is composed of a linear silicone fluid with a dissolved silicone resin, resulting in a clear and colorless formulation. The primary application of GENIOPLAST® Fluid FR is in plastic additives.

SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel through addition-curing. It has a 1:1 mixing ratio and demonstrates thixotropic behavior. This product offers rapid heat curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B has a low volatile and uncured polymer content. It maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -40 °C to +180 °C. Additionally, it boasts a low ion content.

POWERSIL® 190 MH is a one-component silicone rubber compound that is peroxide-curing and ready to use. It is specifically formulated for high voltage applications. When used to extrude or mold insulators, POWERSIL® 190 MH provides excellent resistance to arcing and tracking. POWERSIL® 3100 MH silicone rubber is a one-component, addition-curing compound that is ready to use and cures to an electrically insulating, highly erosion-resistant silicone elastomer. This product offers comparatively fast curing times compared to conventional silicone rubber, reducing cure times by 30-50%, depending on the wall thickness of the application, as well as the available machinery and runner system. Furthermore, no peroxide decomposition products are released during the curing process, reducing any potential hazards. The curing system also eliminates the risk of curing inhibition by oxygen.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/70 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically developed for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and demonstrate good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber displays good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

POWERSIL® 600 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature. It is specifically designed for casting applications and forms soft products with high mechanical strength. This product undergoes vulcanization at both room temperature and under heat, resulting in a transparent silicone rubber with excellent transmission properties and a moderate hardness. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 3210 A/B exhibits exceptional long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. It can withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 180 °C (356 °F) without any damage to the silicone elastomer.

POWERSIL® 3500 MH is a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone rubber, used as an addition-curing one-component compound for the production of press-cured articles. The resulting vulcanized products are resistant to tracking and display good to very good mechanical properties. The compound does not release any peroxide split products during cure or post-cure processes. The curing system is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials; cure time can be reduced by 30-50%, depending on the wall thickness.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 5305/70 is a platinum-catalyzed, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacturing of extruded articles. Cured articles exhibit excellent transparency and very good mechanical properties. This silicone rubber is suitable for applications such as ignition and battery cables, utilizing addition curing and two-component systems.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P is a translucent, vaseline-like paste that has a relatively stiff consistency and provides water repellency. When applied to parts, WACKER® Silicone Paste P offers excellent water repellency, which helps protect against corrosion. The paste also becomes softer when subjected to shear stress or other mechanical stress, such as kneading. This softening effect often makes the processing of the paste easier.

POWERSIL® Paste AP is an opaque to whitish paste with a medium consistency. It exhibits good values for electrical insulation, permittivity, and dielectric strength. Additionally, POWERSIL® Paste AP shows minimal swelling of silicone elastomers it comes in contact with, thanks to the utilization of a special phenyl-silicone oil.
