ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2205 is a pourable addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber suitable for coating, lamination, and encapsulation purposes. The product cures at room temperature and under heat to yield a soft elastomer. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2205 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The soft silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 160°C (320°F) without damage.

POWERSIL® 552 Browngreen is a one-component silicone dispersion that, upon curing, forms a tough high voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. It exhibits very good resistance to weathering and outstanding tracking resistance. Additionally, POWERSIL® 552 Browngreen creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, preventing the formation of wet conductive films and minimizing the risk of pollution flashovers.

ELASTOSIL® RT 707 W is a flowable, one-part, heat-curing silicone used for potting and coating applications. The cured material demonstrates very good adhesion to many substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without sustaining damage.

ELASTOSIL® E6 N CSC is a flowable one-part silicone rubber for potting or coating applications, and it is particularly suitable for the surface impregnation of porous natural materials. ELASTOSIL® RT 772 is a flowable, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone used for potting and coating applications. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Crestabond® M1-04SL Structural Adhesive is a toughened, two-component 10:1 acrylic adhesive designed for bonding composites, thermoplastics, and metals. This new generation of structural methacrylate adhesive meets the bonding requirements of most assembly operations, demonstrating excellent impact, peel, shear, compressive strength, and fatigue resistance properties across all bonded parts.

UC-2521 is a filled, two-part urethane resin system, which combines good handling characteristics with excellent cured properties. Its low viscosity allows good flowability and air release. The cured elastomer has excellent water resistance and is exceptionally resistant to thermal shock.

BD5460 is a two-part, epoxy hybrid room temperature cure adhesive designed industrial bonding, small potting and laminating where excellent strength and toughness, structural bonding, and mechanical and electrical properties are required. This 2-part adhesive cures at room temperature, exhibits good wetting, and develops high strength, low shrink bonds to most materials including fiberglass, ceramics, metals and many plastics. It has great dimensional stability over a wide range of temperatures. Fully cured bd5420 is a durable electrical insulator with resistance to water, weather, ozone and oxygen, various solvents, fuels, oils, alcohols, mild acids and alkalis and many other organic compounds including diesel fuel and gasoline. It is especially formulated for a 2:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 120 minutes with a full cure at room temperature within 24 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

Super Shield™ Silver Epoxy Conductive Paint 842ER is a 2-part silver epoxy conductive paint. It is a smooth, flexible coating that provides excellent electrical conductivity at a low film thickness. It maintains flexibility at low temperatures, provides exceptional adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, and provides excellent environmental stability. 842ER is designed for large volume board-level or package-level EMI shielding applications. It can replace traditional metal lid, which reduces cost, board thickness, and mass.

419E is a 1-part, UL 746E certified, acrylic conformal coating. It cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework. 419E creates a robust moisture barrier that protects printed circuit boards in humid environments. It provides strong protection against moisture, corrosion, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

9200 is a toughened, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. It creates tough vibration-resistant bonds and is especially useful for joining dissimilar materials that will experience thermal cycling stresses or harsh environmental conditions. This smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic adhesive is excellent for use on vertical surfaces, for gap filling, and for potting electronics enclosures with gaps where a non-thixotropic encapsulant would flow through. For a flame retardant version, use 9200FR.

POLYTHICK 5423A is a one-component type pressure-sensitive adhesive for polypropylene film. This product exhibits moderate adhesive strength and removability. It is applicable as an adhesive sealant for polypropylene bags (used in the packaging of products such as calculators, clocks and clothes) and envelopes.

The 1035 Premium RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant is a one-part, spreadable, non-corrosive, translucent paste. It is a fast curing and designed to provide quick initial adhesion build. The adhesive sealant retains elastomeric properties for long periods at temperatures from -60 to 204 °C (-76 to 399 °F). The 1035 is excellent for the sealing and bonding of electronic components onto printed circuit boards and protecting copper connections on electronic part assemblies. It also provides excellent weather proofing where power cords enter motors. It can be used as a gasket for leak resistant sealing and insulating.

RTV5810 series sealants are neutral cure, one-component, ready-to-use silicone adhesive sealants that cure to tough resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. These sealants are fast curing, paste consistency products that may be considered for use where quick initial adhesion build is desired. This may allow for movement of the sealed assemblies in a shorter period of time, increasing productivity.

9200FR is a toughened, flame retardant, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. RTV102 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapors are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. RTV102, RTV103, RTV106, RTV108, RTV109, RTV112, RTV116 and RTV118 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapors are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. Since all these sealants utilize a moisture cure system, they must not be used in thicknesses of greater than 6mm (1/4 in.). Where section depths exceed 6mm (1/4 in.), Momentive Performance Materials one component, addition cure or two-component silicone rubber compounds are recommended.

SC-417 is a two-part, low viscosity, clear silicone which will cure at room temperature or at elevated temperatures. The cured elastomer is suited for electrical/electronic potting and encapsulating applications and provides environmental protection. It is readily pourable and can cure from room temperature to 200°C. The cured resin has a very good flexibility with excellent electrical properties and high temperature resistance.

HYBRID POWDER SYSTEM is a mixture of epoxy and polyester resins, this coating combines chemical resistance, toughness, flexibility, and greater weathering capabilities. The resin combination also leads to good flow and electrostatic spray characteristics. Recommended for interior purposes.

GS Polymers GSP 1555 is an optically-clear, two-part polyurethane system that cures at room temperature. Its low-viscosity A and B components are easily mixed into a readily pourable material.

Pyra-Sil™ 880 is a one-part, room temperature cure conformal coating used for sealing, potting, seam filling, and encapsulation. It self-levels and cures Tack-Free in 15 minutes. Fully cured in 24 hours at 25oC, it forms a flexible yet durable seal/coat that protects against weathering, moisture, UV ray damage, and high temperatures. Incure 880 can be coated on a variety of substrates, including metals and plastics, and is suitable for manual brushing as well as high volume automatic dispensing systems.

ALFA GR-194 FDA is an opaque white heat sink, food grade grease compound. ALFA GR-194 FDA is grease like silicone material, heavily filled with efficient heat conductive zinc oxide and a binding agent, this combination promotes high thermal conductivity, high temperature stability, and the lowest amount of bleed and evaporation. ALFA GR-194 FDA is applied in many industrial applications.
