ELASTOSIL® N 2199 is a one-part, ready-to-use, acid- and solvent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 non-slumping paste that cures at room temperature to a permanently flexible silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent adhesion to a broad variety of substrates.

WACKER SilGel® 612 EH A/B is a two-part, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. It is a modified version of WACKER SilGel® 612, offering increased hardness and reactivity. With a 1:1 mixing ratio, this product ensures a convenient and precise blending process. It exhibits rapid curing properties and retains a low hardness.

ELASTOSIL® N 2034 is a self-leveling, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. This product is flame retardant and meets the UL 94 V-0 standards.

ELASTOSIL® RT 771 is a self-leveling, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 771 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously withstand changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 180°C (356°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® N 2010 is a self-leveling, one-component silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It is a ready-to-use, acid- and solvent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 (room temperature vulcanizing, 1-component) silicone rubber suitable for many applications. It exhibits good adhesion to plastics and metals, along with elasticity and durability, making it suitable for a wide range of potential uses.

ELASTOSIL® SC 870 A/B is a two-part silicone rubber designed for creating a thixotropic, addition-curing foam. The foam structure consists primarily of closed cells. This product is particularly well-suited for use with automatic dispensing equipment during processing. Its exceptional rheology allows for the production of CIPG foam gaskets, even in complex 3D geometries.

ELASTOSIL® A234 White is a flowable RTV-1 silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and offers outstanding heat stability. It is a multipurpose grade for high-temperature applications. WACKER® AP 200 is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. It is commonly used as a heat transfer fluid and a pressure transfer fluid. Additionally, it serves as a dielectric in capacitors and transformers as well as a base fluid in heat-resistant lubricants.

ELASTOSIL® N288 is a low-viscosity, ready-to-use, neutral crosslinking silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent heat stability, excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, permanent temperature exposure up to 200 °C, and peak temperatures up to 250°C.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-part silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture and exhibits excellent adhesion to many substrates. Fully cured ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black has excellent flame retardant properties and shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight.

ELASTOSIL® E70 is a flowable, one-component, acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and outstanding heat stability even in long-term exposure. It is a high-temperature-resistant grade for sealing and bonding applications under high thermal stress.

ELASTOSIL® A07 Translucent is a free-flowing, solvent-based RTV-1 silicone dispersion. It cures at room temperature or at elevated temperatures by reacting with air humidity to form a flexible silicone coating. During cure, it splits off an organic amine. It can be applied by dipping, spraying, brushing, or coating. Thinner coatings can be obtained by the addition of solvents (e.g. toluene, white spirit); thicker coatings can be realized by multiple-step coating.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 R A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical properties.

SILRES® H62 C is a liquid, solvent-free, one-part heat-curing phenyl silicone resin formulation. The product is ideal for impregnating the electrical coils of motors and generators. Besides, SILRES® H62 C can be used to provide hydrophobic properties to porous materials and as a binder for composites made of fibrous fillers, cloths, and woven or non-woven reinforcing materials. The formulation is ready-to-use and crosslinks under heat. While curing, SILRES® H62 C does not release chemical byproducts, so curing shrinkage is barely noticeable. The product also thermosets in thick layers, even when in contact with air. Fully cured SILRES® H62 C has excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Additionally, it shows high stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light and can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

WACKER® APF 130 STAB is a clear, brown-colored polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. It possesses excellent thermal stability and has a specially designed stabilization system, ensuring its reliability in various applications. With its low volatility, WACKER® APF 130 STAB is particularly well-suited for use as a heat transfer fluid and pressure transfer fluid.

SEMICOSIL® 9242 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. This product is ready-to-use, requiring no additional mixing. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.

ELASTOSIL® RT 402 is a pourable, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is characterized by its antistatic properties, condensation-curing mechanism, and flowability. This silicone rubber is commonly used in applications such as elastomers for pad printing, where its unique properties are beneficial.

SEMICOSIL® 988/1K Grey is a non-slump, thermally curable, one-part silicone rubber. It is a ready-to-use system that exhibits low viscosity during dispensing, making it easy to work with. This product serves as a low-thermal-stress sealing adhesive with a medium hardness. It offers high flexibility and demonstrates excellent primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

SEMICOSIL® 989/1K is a one-part, ready-to-use silicone rubber that cures through thermal curing. It is non-slumpy and exhibits thixotropic properties, making it easy to handle and apply. This transparent silicone rubber has a medium hardness, providing a balance between flexibility and rigidity. It cures rapidly with heat and offers primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

ELASTOSIL® RT 706 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part heat-curing silicone used for potting and coating applications. The cured material demonstrates very good adhesion to many substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without sustaining damage.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Grey is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Due to its shear-thinning nature, this product is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, like glass, aluminum, stainless steel, PA, and PBT.

ELASTOSIL® E47 Transparent is a non-slump, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows particularly excellent adhesion to cured silicone elastomers. Vulcanization can be accelerated by elevated temperatures (up to 80°C).

ELASTOSIL® RT 772 is a flowable, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone used for potting and coating applications. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. TEGO® Cycle CP 320 is an organo-modified siloxane that is used as a processing additive, compatibilizer, and for permanent modification of polymer properties. TEGO® CYCLE CP 310 is an organo-modified siloxane that is used as a processing additive, compatibilizer, and for permanent modification of polymer properties. Its use provides several advantages for specific applications. It reduces gelling, resulting in lower failure rates, reduces pressure, increases throughput, and prevents melt fracture and shark skin effect. It also reduces surface roughness. TEGO® CYCLE CP 310 shortens cycle times, prevents cut propagation in oriented tapes and films, and improves mechanical performance, including notched impact strength and elongation at break. It also prevents stress cracking and whitening.
