3N International S14WA is a filler masterbatch made from very fine, chopped EMl-ShieldTM stainless steel fibers and polyester, used as additives in ABS, EVA, NYLON, PC, PE, PA, PBT, PET, PPS, PPOS, and ABS to produce conductive plastics. Conductive plastics are new functional plastics that have the properties of anti-static and anti-electromagnetic interference, etc. Conductive plastics are widely used in making anti-static casing and sheathing in electronics and micro-electronic components in communications equipment, medical devices, and specialized products for the petrochemical, military, automobile, and aerospace industries.

MICROCARB NF2SF is a surface-coated very fine Calcium Carbonate powder with good dispersion properties, manufactured from a high purity white Calcium Carbonate.

Cromex EVA-CG 12920 is used in films extrusion.

GEMASTIREN® FK80 is 80% Calcium carbonate filled PE. These are used in thermoforming and injection molding applications. It is significantly lowers raw material overheads and are 80% more environmental friendly. REV Materials 20% Lightweight Talc filled PP (8011-001) is a 20% talc and glass microspheres dispersed in a polypropylene matrix, suitable for injection molding applications. The combination of talc and microspheres provides excellent mechanical properties and weight reduction compared to other mineral filled systems.

Mica is a Reinforced thermoplastic products that offer excellent mechanical, physical and thermal properties. When selecting the material, stiffness, resistance to shock, scratches, chemicals and UV rays, along with easy processing are some of the factors to be considered. This highly-versatile class meets a wide range of requirements, thanks to a carefully selected base (polypropylene [PP], polystyrene [PS], polyethylene [PE] and others) and a reinforced filler of mineral (CaCO3, talc, mica) or other materials (glass fiber). The addition of two fillers of different nature allows us to create products with a unique set of properties such as dimensional stability, stiffness, and attractive textures and finishes. Filled between 5 and 50%, these thermoplastic compounds demonstrate very good mechanical, UV-resistant and color-controller properties – and are a very good value in terms of quality/price.
