MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H FC 4920/100 MR20 is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% talcum filler/additive system. When processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be 200-250°C and the mold temperature should be 20-70°C. It is characterized by easy release (demolding), processing stabilization, and heat stabilization. It is mainly used for building and construction, packaging, injection molded parts, domestic appliances, and interior decoration/finishing, such as bezels, housings, and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS UV CX BG1049-05 is a colorant with a light fastness blue woolscale 8, a base polymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, and a filler/additive system of light stabilizer, antioxidant. It has a beige color, similar to RAL 7032 and RAL 7044, and is highly UV stabilized, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and has a high additive content. It is suitable for use with Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer and is suitable for the electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® ABS A GY77-4060 is a gray-colored Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene (ABS) copolymer, similar to RAL 7035, that is used for injection-molded parts in various market segments such as electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure. Its special features include high dispersibility, high additive content, being free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, and easy flow.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PC SL 0229-16 is a polycarbonate base polymer with a dosage of 2.0-3.0% for extrusion and injection molding, depending on the application and operational area. This product contains a lubricant and release agent as a filler/additive system, and has the special feature of slip agent, easy release (demolding), and migration towards the surface. It is intended for use in the automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments for injection molded parts and extruded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® ABS A WT79-4196 is a white-colored acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene copolymer, suitable for use in electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. This product is dust-free, has high dispersibility and a high additive content, and is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PA A GN3004-13 is a green, fluorescent colorant suitable for use in Polyamide with a dosage of 3% extrusion and 3% injection molding, dependent on wall thickness and required color intensity. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, is dust-free, and has high dispersibility. It is suitable for applications in the electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 250-270°C and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® ABS A GY77-4070 is a gray-colored Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene (ABS) copolymer with a color similar to RAL 7012. It is designed for use in electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. This product is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, and has high dispersibility and high additive content.

It is a dust-free pigment with high dispersibility and high additive content, and is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments. MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® POM SL 0268-19 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer with a dosage of 1.0-2.0% for extrusion and 1.0-2.0% for injection molding, depending on the application and operational area. It has a natural color, is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, is dust-free, and has a high dispersibility and additive content. It is intended for use in the electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments, and can be used for injection molded parts, blow molded parts, and extruded parts. For optimal use, it should be stored in a dry place, protected from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® HTC FC WT5051-16 is a light fastness colorant with a base polymer of High Temperature Copolyester and a color of white. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and has high dispersibility. Suitable for use in electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications, the dosage for extrusion and injection molding depends on wall thickness and required color intensity. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be 260-282°C, and the mold temperature should be 38-66°C. It has a thermal stability colorant rating of 300°C max and offers excellent lightfastness properties.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC A RD1003-05TR is a light-fastness colorant containing blue woolscale 7, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, and is dust-free with a high dispersibility and additive content. It is suitable for use in polycarbonate and is recommended for electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC A GY937-2340 is a gray colorant similar to RAL 7035, and is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments. It is suitable for use in polycarbonate and can be used for injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion. The dosage for extrusion is 3%, while the dosage for injection molding depends on wall thickness and required color intensity.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PA A RD3104-10 is a red colorant used for injection molding and extrusion applications with a base polymer of Polyamide 6. It is similar to RAL 3003 and RAL 3011, with a dosage of 2% depending on wall thickness and required color intensity. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, is dust-free with a high additive content and high dispersibility. It must be pre-dried at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® POM WT5015-18 is a white colorant with a similar RAL 9016 and 9010, suitable for use in Polyoxymethylene/general and Polyoxymethylene Copolymer. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, has a high additive content, is highly dispersible, and is dust-free. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC A BG931-4050 is a light fastness colorant in beige, with a dosage of 5% for extrusion and 5% for injection molding. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and has a high dispersibility and additive content. It is suitable for use in polycarbonate and is recommended for electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C. It has a thermal stability colorant of up to 300°C and provides excellent lightfastness and durability.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 4030/109 MR30 is a Polyamide 6 grade containing a 30% mineral filler/additive system and heat stabilized for improved flow characteristics during injection molding. It is suitable for a wide range of automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure, packaging, medical/personal care, lighting, and information technology applications. Typical applications include racking/shelving, airbag components, batteries, fixing elements, power drills, clips, roof boxes and more. Processing conditions should include a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C for optimal performance, while pre-drying conditions should include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® ABS A GY77-4068 is a gray-colored Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene (ABS) copolymer designed for use in injection molded and extruded parts in various applications such as electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments and has high dispersibility and additive content. The recommended dosage for extrusion is 5%, and for injection molding, it is 5%, dependent on wall thickness and required color intensity.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® POM H GN28964.3 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer colorant with a green color and a light fastness colorant of blue woolscale 8. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, and has a high additive content, high dispersibility, and is dust-free. It is suitable for use in Polyoxymethylene/general and Polyoxymethylene Copolymer applications, and is suitable for use in Machinery, Electrical and Electronic, Furniture, Building and Construction, and Sport and Leisure applications. The dosage must be adjusted according to wall thickness and required color intensity, and should be adjusted based on the application and operational area.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® HTC FC GY3067-12TR is a light fastness colorant in blue woolscale 8, with a base polymer of High Temperature Copolyester and a color of gray. It is suitable for use in electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure, and food processing industries, and is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments. Additionally, it is dust-free, has a high dispersibility, and contains a high additive content.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 1000/107 is a polyamide 66 base polymer with fast solidifying and easy flow properties, making it ideal for injection molding applications. It is commonly used in the automotive, machinery, building and construction, and sport and leisure industries. To ensure optimal performance, pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Melt temperature should be between 270-290°C and mold temperature should be between 40-80°C. Furthermore, the polymer should be protected from light and stored at no more than 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC A GN936-3471 is a light fastness colorant free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments with a blue woolscale 7. It is dust-free, has a high dispersibility and additive content, making it suitable for use in polycarbonate for injection molded parts, blow molded parts, and extruded parts. The color is green and it is suitable for use in electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport, and leisure markets. It should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment not exceeding 30°C, with a thermal stability colorant of 280°C max.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC FC VT5018-15 is a violet colorant free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, dust-free and with high dispersibility. Suitable for use in electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets, the dosage of this colorant should be determined based on wall thickness and desired color intensity, depending on the application and operational area.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® ABS A GY1030-09 is suitable for use in the electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets. It has a high dispersibility, high additive content, and is dust-free, making it ideal for injection molded parts and extruded parts. Depending on the required color intensity and wall thickness, it can be dosed at 3.0% for extrusion and injection molding. This gray color is similar to RAL 7045 and is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments. ALCOLOR® ABS A GY1030-09 is a high-quality colorant suitable for use in Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer.
