Added features of this material include: excellent low temperature impact strength, improve retention of mechanical properties under UV exposure, good surface esthetics, good chemical resistance and easy flow ability.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX674PC resin is a conductive, non-reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This injection moldable grade is optimized to allow for in- or on-line primer-less powder coat painting around corners and holes with a Class A Surface. NORYL GTX674PC resin exhibits high heat resistance, improved surface appearance and is an excellent candidate for automotive applications such as mirror housings and brackets. SABIC's Specialties Business Cycoloy* RCX7233 (experimental grade name EXCY0355) resin is an injection moldable impact modified PC blend with non-brominated and non-chlorinated flame retardant. It contains 30% post consumer recycle content with a UL-94 V0 rating @ 0.75 mm for all color. Developed for applications require excellent flow and impact balance with thin wall flame resistance. Limited availability and restricted color only.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2310R is an improved flow 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin with an added internal mold release. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers and offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. Added features of this grade include: Flame Retardant, UL746C F1 Rating, UL94 V0 and 5VA Flame Rating, UV Resistant, Impact Modified, Excellent Chemical Resistance. This is a good candidate for applications in the electrical industry including bobbins, switches, and enclosures.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2320 is a high-flow, 30% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide resin. SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY* RCX7243 is an impact modified PC blend containing 30% PCR content with non-brominated and non-chlorinated FR for thin-wall applications requiring excellent impact/flow balance performance.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN EXL8483RCC is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. Added features of this grade include: Medium Flow, Colorable and minimum 75% Post Consumer Recycle (PCR) content. This grade is suitable for applications that require improved esthetics and wider color space to overcome restricted color space of traditional PCR grades. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.
