PETILEN YY I468(UV) is a high density polyethylene resin developed for injection molding applications. Having narrow molecular weight distribution, PETILEN YY I468(UV) is an ideal raw material for the manufacture of products requiring rigidity and toughness. The resin is stabilized against UV radiation to allow prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Nano4 Bio PE EC MB 12 is an electrically conductive masterbatch based on bio-polyethylene.

KoeppCell® K/PE 35 is closed-cell having soft-elastic PE foam. It is chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam.

Inhance Fluoro-Seal UH-1150 are a range of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) particles that are surface activated, making them highly compatible and dispersible in formulated systems. Posessing surface energies up to 60 dynes/cm, these particles are easily dispersible in CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers) formulations, imparting abrasion resistance, wear resistance, reducing coefficient of friction and increasing mechanical strength.

The materials are lead and heavy metal free, which allows them to optimize performance while being environmentally friendly. They are optimal for outdoor cabinetry, point-of-purchase displays, signage and more.

Densetec® Partition Board is the ideal partition material for a wide variety of commercial applications such as schools, parks, stadiums, office buildings and airports. The durability of our material makes it immune to such problems as vandalism and constant traffic. In addition, the material is totally unaffected by water and humidity preventing it from shrinking, expanding, bowing, warping or delaminating in any way whatsoever. It is resistant to markings by pens, pencils, most markers and paints and cleans with ordinary household detergent or solvents for more stubborn stains. Minor surface damage can easily be repaired. Finally, the material does not have to be painted and is virtually maintenance free.

Eleme Petrochemical Company HBG00346 is a High Density Polyethylene Resin manufactured by IEPL using "SCLAIRTECH" solution polymerisation process of DU Pont, Canada (Now Nova Chemicals) offers medium molecular weight material with broad molecular weight distribution. As a copolymer it combines very high impact and excellent environmental stress crack resistance with good stiffness and is therefore especially suitable for the production bottles, containers and technical hollow articles up to 5 liters. It can be easily processed on normal polyethylene blow molding machines, using melt temperatures between 170 and 200 °C.

Polymer Tailoring PTFA 05 is a halogen-free, environmentally-friendly, flame-retarded compound which for profile extrusions (e.g. windows and electrical conduits) and blow molding (e.g. plastic chairs).

Avery Dennison™ FM 2454 is a 35 mil double coated black polyethylene foam with a moisture resistant acrylic adhesive. It bonds very well to glass and ceramic, including in moist environments. It is commonly used in exterior automotive applications.

Atlas HPE 220 is a new type of material with IPN (interpenetrating polymer network structure). Due to this unique chemical structure, it is an ideal choice for applications with high strength, fatigue resistance, high temperature resistance and impact resistance. It is widely used in large-scale wind power blades and main supporting components, ships, sports equipment and other fields.

PE flame retarded

IFG PE are developed specifically as bonding fibers for carpets and to be processed into fleeces for Geotextiles (landfill). It is a more environmentally friendly alternative to latex in carpet applications. Depending on construction and specific product requirements, the blending ratio (approx. 20%) of PE fibers with for example PP fibers can vary. A thermal treatment of approximately 125°C is required to create a bonding effect.

PREGNIT TP-PE has high resistance to acids, Alkalis and chemicals.

LDPE is a low density polyethylene with semi rigid and translucent polymer.

BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebablend® / MW 24.1200 PE is a product based on PE for the production of soft magnetic components. The achievable permeability is <5 (at 1MHz) and the saturation flux density is <300 mT.

PETILEN YY S0452 is a high density polyethylene resin having medium molecular weight distribution. The product is developed for medium size blow molding applications.

Revolve M-668 Black is a rotational molding polyethylene hexene (C6) general purpose grade. Under the Design for Roto program it has been developed to provide a wide processing window and has excellent mouldability without compromising impact strength. The grade is UV15 stabilized.

KoeppCell® K/PE 29 HFFR is closed-cell, soft-elastic, halogen-free PE foam. It is chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam.

PLASMER® 1370B/N is a flame retardant grade that can be widely used in automobiles and electrical/electronic parts. PLASMER ® 1370B/N is a fully crosslinked product and can be reused without scrap during processing.

Revolve N-650 is a rotational molding polyethylene hexene (C6) general purpose grade. Under the Design for Roto program it has been designed to provide a wide processing window and has excellent mouldability without compromising impact strength. The grade is UV8 stabilized.
