Tinuvin® 5248 is a liquid light stabilizer blend incorporating a triazine-based UV absorber and a basic hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) for coatings, adhesives, and sealants. Tinuvin® 5100 is a liquid, non-basic aminoether (NOR) hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS), meticulously developed to impart high durability to exterior industrial and decorative coatings. Tailored for coatings requiring a low-basicity, non-interacting, and high-value stabilizer, Tinuvin® 5100 is designed based on amino-ether functionality. Its low basicity minimizes interactions with acidic paint components, such as curing catalysts. The high efficiency of Tinuvin® 5100 significantly enhances coating performance by reducing paint degradation that leads to issues like cracking, gloss reduction in clear coats, and chalking and fading in pigmented paints. Key features and benefits include being a liquid amino-ether (non-interacting) HALS, minimizing interaction with acidic materials like acid catalysts and acidic pigments, and improving coating resistance to cracking and loss of gloss by scavenging free radicals.

FoamStar® ST 2454 is a defoamer highly recommended for systems based on PU-emulsions, amine-neutralized resins, and aqueous 2-pack PU coatings. It is especially efficient in PU emulsions, hybrid systems, and PE solutions, typically without causing a reduction of gloss or transparency. It can be used in clear and top coats.

VINNAPAS® 754 ED is a construction dispersion for two-component dry mix mortars, specifically suited for cement admixtures and two-component cementitious waterproofing membranes. VINNAPAS® 754 ED belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® ED. It is based on a highly flexible terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl ester, enhancing the adhesion and flexibility of mortars.

VINNAPAS® 550 ED is a multi-purpose construction dispersion, specifically suited for cement admixtures, the formulation of two-component cementitious waterproofing membranes, as well as the production of primers. The dispersion is based on a very flexible copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene and belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® ED, which means that it enhances the adhesion and flexibility of mortars.

VINNAPAS® 760 ED is a construction dispersion for two-component dry mix mortars, specifically suited for cement admixtures and two-component cementitious waterproofing membranes. VINNAPAS® 760 ED belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® ED. It is based on a highly flexible terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl ester, enhancing the adhesion and flexibility of mortars.

HALOX® CW-314 is a heavy metal-free, non-toxic, anti-corrosive pigment designed for use in waterborne and solvent-borne protective coating systems. It is particularly suitable for systems where 21 CFR 175.300 approval or compliance with ANSI or NSF standards is required. HALOX® CW-314 is highly effective in improving the infrared (IR) reflectance and thermal emissivity of elastomeric roof coatings. It enhances the total solar reflectance (TSR) while maintaining dirt pick-up resistance (DPUR) and preventing mildew growth. It can be used alone or in combination with other non-toxic corrosion inhibitors and mineral pigments in the formulation of environmentally friendly specialty paints.

HALOX® 350 is a highly active organic corrosion inhibitor with 97–100% solids, specifically designed to prevent flash rust and in-can corrosion while also providing temporary corrosion protection. This product is an effective alternative to toxic nitrite-based flash rust inhibitors. It is in the form of a slightly yellow powder.

HALOX® CZ-170 is a versatile pigment used in protective coating systems to inhibit corrosion and tannin staining. It is a great replacement for zinc oxide and can be used in high-gloss and thin-film applications due to its finer particle size and narrow distribution. With a gloss of over 75 units at 60° and a film thickness of less than 1.0 mils, or 25 microns, HALOX® CZ-170 is a great option for a variety of coating needs. It can be used to protect both metal and wood substrates, making it a universal option for coating systems.

HALOX® 570 LS is a ready-to-use liquid version of our popular organic corrosion inhibitor, HALOX® 570, which requires no dilution. It is designed for use in water-based industrial and decorative coatings to provide flash rust and long-term corrosion protection on metal surfaces. It is especially effective along weld seams to prevent galvanic corrosion. HALOX® 570 LS may be used in formulations based on water-based acrylics, epoxy esters, 2-component epoxy, water-reducible alkyds, and water-based polyurethanes. HALOX® 570 LS may be used in both water-based primers and direct-to-metal topcoats. In direct-to-metal coatings, HALOX® 570 LS has a minimal effect on gloss reduction.

HALOX® 570 is an organic corrosion inhibitor designed for use in waterborne industrial and decorative coatings to provide flash rust and long-term corrosion protection on metal surfaces. HALOX® 570 is especially effective along weld seams and, in some cases, can also be used in solvent-based coatings and UV-cured systems. HALOX® 570 may be used in formulations based on waterborne acrylic latexes and co-polymers, styrene/acrylic latexes, acrylate epoxy esters, 2-pack epoxy systems, alkyds, alkyd/acrylic blends, and 1 or 2-pack polyurethane. HALOX® 570 may be used in both waterborne primers and direct-to-metal topcoats. In direct-to-metal coatings, HALOX® 570 has a minimal effect on gloss reduction.

LIOPUR 2004-151 is an aqueous aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on polycarbonate. Coatings based on LIOPUR 2004-151 form tack-free, transparent films with good surface hardness after air drying. When combined with water-emulsifiable polyisocyanates, this can be used for air-drying water-based two-pack parquet fllor varnishes because of its high abrasion resistance. It has applications in architectural coatings, wood flooring, industrial coatings, wood coatings and finishes, and other printing applications.

LIOPUR PFL 1154 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a polyester/polycarbonate combination. After air-drying, film coatings based on this one are transparent films that are tack-free and exhibit good surface hardness. It has applications in furniture coatings, architectural coatings, wood coatings and finishes, and industrial coatings.

LIOPUR PFL 3046 is an aqueous aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on an oleochemical polyester that is surfactant- and TEA-free. It does not need any co-solvents for film formation. Coatings based on this product form tack-free, transparent films with medium surface hardness after air drying with good flexibility. It also exhibits very good water resistance and good ethanol resistance. It has applications in furniture coatings, wood coatings and finishes, architectural coatings, metal coatings, and also in other consumer applications.

LIOPUR PFL 2392 is an aqueous, aliphatic modified polyurethane dispersion based on polyester that is solvent- and triethylamin-free and free of surfactants. After air-drying, film coatings based on LIOPUR PFL 2392 form transparent films that are tack-free and display a good surface resistance of approximately 50 sec. Pendulum hardness after König. It has applications in architectural coatings, wood coatings and furnishings, craft and hobby, metal coatings, automotive OEM coatings, and also in other consumer goods applications.

LIOPUR PFL 2315 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a polyester/polycarbonate combination that is solvent- and TEA-free. After air-drying, film coatings based on LIOPUR PFL 2315 form transparent films that are tack-free and exhibit good surface hardness. It has applications in architectural coatings, furniture, wood coatings and finishes, industrial coatings, and wood flooring.

AFCONA 2723 is a defoamer and air-releaser for unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, UV, and epoxy resin systems. It is recommended for thin-layer (gel coat), casting resins, and epoxy resin systems (e.g. floorings), as well as for room temperature curing of unsaturated polyesters used in glass fiber-reinforced systems.

AFCONA 3031 is a polyether modified polysiloxane slip and leveling additive used primarily in metal and UV coatings. It provides a very good slip performance, which is characterized by an "oily" or "wet look" appearance that can visually enhance film thickness. AFCONA 3031 is used in metal coatings, such as industrial heat-cured systems, car refinish polyurethane clear topcoats, and other vehicle paint.

AFCONA 2040 is a moderate defoamer with minimal side effects that prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It offers a combination of good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by spray and brush, and is particularly suitable for systems ranging from low polarity to high polarity. AFCONA 2035 is recommended for brush and conventional spray applications.

AFCONA 2720 is an anti-foam and de-aeration additive for use in unsaturated polyesters, coil and can coatings, epoxies and PVC-compounds. It supports the quick deaeration of thermosetting resin systems, allowing for the production of foam-free and blister-free self-leveling compounds and laminates. Additionally, AFCONA 2720 is suitable for use in can and coil coatings, where it is less likely to cause side effects such as inconsistent craters in the line.

AFCONA 2020 is a very strong defoamer suitable for most solvent-based coatings, printing inks, and thermosetting resin systems. It eliminates foam and blistering, regardless of the source of the air bubbles. However, it is not suitable for transparent, high-gloss clear topcoats.

AFCONA 3030 is a slip and leveling additive for both solvent and water-based systems. It is a polyether-modified polysiloxane and is recommended as a slip and leveling agent to prevent Bénard Cells and provide leveling and prevent craters. It can be used in both water- and solvent-based applications, though it may stabilize foam in water-based coatings.

AFCONA 2038 is a highly compatible defoamer that does not cause in-can haziness. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based wood finishes. This defoamer has excellent compatibility properties, making it especially suitable for use in clear coatings and high gloss coatings. Additionally, it is suitable for use in applications where dry film transparency is essential, such as when applying thick clear coatings by conventional spraying.

AFCONA 3239 is an additive designed as a slip and leveling agent that also offers defoaming. It is a very suitable leveling agent for epoxies, and will not stabilize foam, but instead act as an effective defoamer in such systems.

AFCONA 2024 is a strong defoamer with leveling performance for all solvent-based coatings. It is a unique defoamer. It has very strong defoaming and anti-foam performances with additional good leveling. This is in contrary with most of the other defoamers, which influence the leveling performance negatively.

AFCONA 2045 is a silicone-based defoamer used to prevent the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application of solvent-based coatings, including polyurethane clear coats. It is effective even in difficult situations such as airless spray, brush, and roller application, and has strong defoaming properties with a very good transparent appearance.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2120 is a very hard, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion. It was developed for use on flexible and rigid PVC. This polymer is used in coatings to create hard, tough, hydrolysis-, chemical-, and stain-resistant films that rival the performance of 2-component polyurethane. Superior adhesion to PVC makes it the ideal candidate for automotive interior parts, vinyl furniture, and components.

AFCONA 5585 is an effective dispersing agent for the preparation of solvent- and water-based pigment concentrates in industrial and architectural coatings. This is a high molecular weight dispersing agent which stabilizes pigments through steric hindrance, making it suitable for all types of pigments.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF810Y - FEVE Solvent-borne Resin is a solvent-borne fluoroethylene vinyl ether resin that is designed for weather-resistant coatings. It has a high molecular weight, making it suitable for use in high-performance, one-component formulations. Coatings made with LF810Y exhibit high gloss and excellent durability. This general-purpose resin is commonly used in architectural air dry and light-duty industrial applications.

LUMIFLON® FE4400 - FEVE Waterborne Resin Polyol is a hydroxyl functional fluoroethylene vinyl ether waterborne resin used in applications requiring outstanding exterior durability. LF200 is a general purpose resin, used for heavy duty industrial coatings, architectural coatings, aerospace coatings, automotive coatings, and coatings for alternative energy applications.
