Molino Peila Corn Flour Fumetto is the finest corn flour, for confectionery, biscuits (like the traditional Piedmont corn biscuits "Paste di meliga" and other bakery products. It is also available in precooked form for gluten-free pasta and arepas.

Molino Peila Quinoa is a cereals with no gluten, classified as superfood for its exceptional nutritional properties. Approximately 60-70% is composed of carbohydrates, while the rest is almost completely occupied by proteins but also, salts and trace elements such as manganese, potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, vitamins A and E. Cooking the white quinoa beans is similar to cook rice. They can be served as a first or outline, or they can be included in various recipes such as soups.
