MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/667 is a Base Polymer made of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer that features improved surface, low gloss, and heat stabilization. It is used in the Automotive Market Segment for injection molded parts and clothing/fasteners. Pre-drying Conditions require 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 h and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. For Processing Injection molding, a melt temperature between 200-240°C and a mold temperature between 50-80°C is recommended. Additionally, it should be stored dry and protected from light, not exceeding 30°C.
