T-Det® A264.5NR behaves similarly to other alcohol ethoxylates in that it has a tendency to gel on contact with water. The product will tolerate up to ~30% water before becoming an immobile gel. Adding heat while it is being agitated can minimize the gelling. It is recommended that any concentration of water added to this product be stirred/agitated with heat for an extended period to get the product in solution. The haze in this product can be removed by dilution with water.
