ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 contains amide, which has reactive sites available for hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as a coupling agent between polymer and filler. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent in wood filled systems, leading to a more homogeneous blend. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 works as an excellent lubricant under high shear conditions, for example injection molding.

ULTRA-PLAST™ TP01 contains reactive sites which create hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as coupling agent between polymer and filler. It acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent in highly filled plastics compounds, leading to a more homogeneous initial mix. At processing conditions, ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO1 is an effective lubricant for polyolefins like PVC, PS, ABS and several TPO systems. Applications recommended for ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO1 include highly filled TPE and TPO compounds, filled olefins, flame retarded systems and color concentrates. In addition, it can be used in unfilled elastomers where reduced viscosity and improved flow under processing conditions are desired. In many cases, better surface appearance and more uniform mold shrinkage can be observed.

Glide™ SL-105 is a Plastic processing often needs a slip agent to assist in polymer flow and provide internal and external slip characteristics. Friction characteristics, when processing polymers, requires slip/lubricants in order to improve cycle times, improve dispersion, assist mold release and improve assembly of molded parts. The amount of slip depends on the process and end use requirements. Consumer packaging requirements often need slip for the finished product, but the plastic processor may also need it to improve processing and plastic parts assembly.
