SHIKOH™ UT-7792 is a bio-based urethane acrylate oligomer. (Development product) Its biomass degree is 71% while its mechanical properties are the same as a non-biomass grade UV-3300B, with higher elongation and very soft rubbery elasticity suitable for using UV-curable adhesives for electronics devices. Parylene Type N Dimer is the solid, granular starting material used to produce parylene conformal coating films.

Bomar BR-202, an aromatic polyether urethane dimethacrylate, finds use in a diverse number of UV coating applications. BR-202 is valued for its strong bond strength, its affinity for glass, steel, and a variety of plastic substrates, and for its excellent elongation. BR-202 is also of value for its low initial color (despite its aromatic nature).

Bomar™ BR-641D is a Polybutadiene (PBD) urethane acrylate, which was designed to meet rigorous electronic coating applications. This oligomer has exceptional adhesion to various metals, glass,and polycarbonate substrates. BR-641D has many desirable properties that are typical to PBD resins, combined with radiation curability. In applications requiring thermal cycling resistance, BR-641D withstands the extremes of temperature typical of such tests, without undue degradation of properties. In addition to the adhesion properties listed in the table below, BR-641D showed excellent adhesion to PMMA, ABS, PVC, Nylon-6, Polystyrene,and Polypropylene.

Bomar™ BR-742S is a difunctional, polyester Urethane Acrylate Oligomer that offers good weatherability. High-impact-strength coatings and inks can be formulated that are non-yellowing and have high gloss. This material offers low shrinkage, which is excellent for 3D printing applications. Furthermore, BR-742S is registered with INCI for cosmetic applications.

BR-146, a high molecular weight, trifunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate, provides low formulation viscosity and moderate elongation with nonyellowing properties appropriate to soft touch glass coatings and impact resistant coatings. BR-146 shows adhesion to a variety of substrates, making it a candidate for consideration in mixed surface adhesion applications.

Bomar® BRS-14320S is a difunctional oligomer that combines a robust silicone backbone into a urethane acrylate oligomer. The resulting product provides an unusual combination of desirable properties: softness, flexibility, and temperature resistance. BRS-14320S is a candidate for consideration in formulating 100% UV soft-touch coatings and also for electronics applications

Bomar™ BR-744SD is a difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and tensile strength. It can be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics. Products formulated with BR-744SD can be highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. It is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier, and is a perfect choice for optically clear UV-PSAs.

Bomar®BR-970H is a low viscosity, difunctional, aliphatic urethane acrylate. BR-970H has high modulus and doesn’t necessarily need to be blended with other oligomers to achieve a balance of toughness and flexibility. BR-970H offers rapid cure and non-yellowing properties where premium performance is required. This oligomer is perfect for 2D and 3D inkjet applications as well for use in Graphic Arts application. Cosmonate LK is modified MDI with clear and light yellow color that is easily handled and used in the temperature of over 10℃ by making some portion of crystallized solid cosmonate PH carboiimide to maintain liquid state with low viscosity of Max. 110 cps (25℃) on normal temperature.

Astrocure® 67 Oligomer is a unique, low profile reactive, cycloaliphatic oligomer, especially tailored for application in ultra-violet/electron beam (UV/EB) radiation cured coating. The product is a flexible version of Astrocure® 78. It is light in color and has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.

Astrocure® 88 Oligomer is a low viscosity, low reactivity, flexibilizing oligomer that is designed to be used as a flexibilizing agent. It is light in color and should be used with Astrocure® 78 in the 10-15% by weight levels.
