Photomer® 8061 is a novel aliphatic monofunctional acrylate (TPGMEMA) of low skin irritancy, low viscosity, low surface tension and low odor. It exhibits good solvency and viscosity reducing characteristics with typical UV/EB curable oligomers and prepolymers.

UNI-REZ 147 polyamide resin is an alcohol soluble / co-solvent type resin offering low temperature gel resistance and good compatibility with modifying resins. UNI-REZ 147 polyamide resin offers better blocking and gloss properties than other modified co-solvent types. It has good solvent compatibility, alcohol reducibility and compatibility to nitrocellulose.

UNI-REZ 2940 polyamide resin is a co-solvent type resin which is soluble in alcohols, but typically requires mixtures of aliphatic hydrocarbons and alcohols for gel stability. UNI-REZ 2940 polyamide resin provides fast solvent release and good grease resistance in flexographic / gravure inks for plastic substrates and is especially effective as an overprint lacquer.

Omnirad BDK is a highly efficient, type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.

PHOTOMER® 4006 (TMPTA) is an aliphatic trifunctional acrylate of low viscosity and excellent crosslinking reactivity. In comparison to other trifunctional acrylates, it is an effective reactive diluent with excellent solvency and viscosity reducing characteristics in UV/EB curable formulations based on epoxy, polyurethane, and polyester oligomers.

Omnirad MBF is a highly efficient, liquid, Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It forms free radicals through an intramolecular hydrogen abstraction process. The use of amines is not recommended as this may lead to efficiency decrease, stability upon storage issues or stronger odor. It can be used in combination with mono or multi functional monomers as reactive diluents

Omnirad BCIM is a versatile highly effective photoinitiator for UV polymerisation of mono- or multifunctional (acrylate-) monomers.

Esacure TZT is particularly indicated for the photo polymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

Esacure TZM is a liquid mixture of Benzophenone (50%) and 4-Methylbenzophenone (50%). It is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. PHOTOMER® 4703 is a proprietary UV/EB curable monoacrylate with low viscosity. It is designed for use in laminating adhesives, etch-resist inks for printed circuit boards, negative photoresists and OPV's for paper and films.

UNI-REZ 111 polyamide resin is an alcohol soluble type resin that is used for flexographic printing. It has balanced properties making it a good choice for general purpose flexographic surface printing.

Photomer® 4967 is an acrylated amine adduct, which exhibits low viscosity, low odor, improved stability, and excellent compatibility with monomers and oligomers. Cure characteristics and adhesion properties are enhanced when this product is properly formulated with photocatalyst (benzophenone).

Esacure 1187 is a modified sulphonium salt hexafluorophosphate diluted in 25% propylene carbonate, which does not release any benzene upon cure.

UNI-REZ 2210 polyamide resin is an alcohol soluble / co-solvent type resin with excellent solvent release and blocking properties. UNI-REZ 2210 polyamide resin was developed for release lacquers but can also be used as a modifying resin to improve hardness.

PHOTOMER® 6892 is a proprietary low viscosity trifunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that can be used to formulate low viscosity systems while maintaining high oligomeric concentrations. PHOTOMER® 6892 imparts flexibility into UV/EB cured coatings and inks.

PHOTOMER® 5028 is a tri functional chlorinated polyester acrylate diluted in 40% Photomer® 4094 (GPTA). It has been designed for use in UV/EB curable formulations for substrates such as wood, paper, plastic and metal. The product can aid adhesion to difficult substrates such as plastics.

PHOTOMER® 5006 is a low viscosity, amine synergist with medium amine content. A co-polymerizable tertiary amine PHOTOMER® 5006 is used as a highly efficient co-initiator. In combination with UV acrylates it accelerates the cure of UV systems.

Esacure KT 55 is a liquid mixture of Esacure TZT (50%) and Esacure KIP 150 (50%). IT is used in combination with a co initiator and is particularly suitable when high reactivity and low yellowing are required.

PHOTOMER® 4046 is a proprietary acid mono functional monomer with medium viscosity. It exhibits excellent adhesion combined with hydrophobic characteristics when used in UV/EB cure laminating adhesives, coatings and inks formulations for various porous and non-porous substrates. It is tested to be non-corrosive.

Omnirad 4MBZ Flakes is an effective Type II photoinitiator used, in combination with tertiary amine synergists, to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.

Omnirad ITX is a highly effective type II photoinitiator used, in combination with tertiary amine synergists to, initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi functional monomers as reactive diluents.

PHOTOMER® 3316 is a 100% low viscosity modified epoxy acrylate oligomer. It is used to increase hardness and gloss levels, is very fast curing with excellent solvent resistance, and has versatility of use, especially for overprint varnishes, wood coating and pigmented systems.

Photomer® 3005 is a reactive epoxy soybean oil acrylate. It has 100% solids and medium viscosity designed for UV/EB curable systems. It forms flexible films, exhibits moderate cure speed and low odor. Due to its oleophilic character, it contributes toward enhanced compatibility with hydrophobic (nonpolar) substrates and it enhances the wetting of organic pigments.

PHOTOMER® 6891 is a proprietary low viscosity difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that can be used to formulate low viscosity systems while maintaining high oligomeric concentrations. PHOTOMER® 6891 imparts flexibility into UV/EB cured coatings and inks.
